The lawyer of Vladimir Zhirinovsky and part-time photographer Sergey Belyak and Galerist Peter Vois will be questioned in the Lefortovo Prosecutor's Office in the case related to the publication of the album of the photo work of the “party of the party” dedicated to the prohibited National Bolshevik Party. The photo album of Belyak interested the employees of the E -E Center, seeing the signs of extremism in it.

The album "Party Girls" was published by a small circulation of the Gallery "S. Arart" by Peter of the Vois. It consists of photographs of Sergei Belyak, girls and annotations to the album written by Eduard Limonov, Zakhar Prilepin and Peter Vois.

CPE operatives have already visited the Falanster bookstore, where the book was put up for sale. In the case of the "party of the party" on April 24, 2012, a search was conducted in the printing house of the creative workshop of Zurab Tsereteli, where the album was printed.

- Do you already know what the conversation in the prosecutor’s office will go about?

It is known. I spoke with the senior assistant to the prosecutor, Chumarina Natalya Rushanovna, she explained that from the Office of the “E” of the Moscow Internal Affairs Directorate, information came that the photo album of the “party of the party” contained signs of extremism, so they want to interrogate me. I say: "Do you know that I'm a lawyer?" - "Yes, we know, but we will interrogate you not for your work, but as an artist." And I, indeed, is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. He told them: "Well, then I will come with a lawyer."

Chumarina says to me: "I just want to meet you, find out - you are the author of this album or not." I say: "Of course I am written there." I'm not hiding this! Then she asks me: "We want to know who the customer is?" So I'm a customer! Me and the Gallery "S. Ar". I will find out from her: "And then what will happen? Expertise, probably?" Yes, he says, we will send, but before that we want to find out the goals of the album, its purpose, etc. I outlived such a range of questions.

- And before that was a search in the printing house of Zurab Tsereteli, where the album was printed?

I will correct: it was not a search, but a seizure of documents. I think that this was done as part of the investigation. The Center "E" knew about this album: it was presented in the fall of 2011, the presentation was widely covered. There were a lot of people at the Central House of Artists, 500 people ... A lot of famous people came - musicians, politicians. Even from the presidential administration there were people. And the exhibition was 2 weeks. And so they realized!

Yes, the center "E" knew about this album! I personally gave it to the prosecutors to friends, even those prosecutors who participated in processes in extremist affairs! They know me as a lawyer, I gave them to them. And they were happy to accept. The prosecutor is interesting, because he passed the verdict to some girls. At one such conversation with the state prosecutor, the famous employee of the Center "E" Alexei Trenniy was present. “Good album,” he told me.

So I want to find out now what caused such attention. After all, the year has already passed! It seems to me that the statement of some "workshop chief" came. As usual, they write. So we find out who it was.

- NBP was already prohibited by the time the album released?

Of course, it is written about it! I am a lawyer, the whole text is verified there! The photographs were taken at the moment when the party still existed.

- Waiting for accusations?
