In a pre -trial detention center, he behaved violently and in the summer of 2010 he was sent to a psychiatric hospital near Peter, where he fried kebabs with his friends and actively trained. I had a free defender, so he came to the first meeting with a suitcase of papers. When I returned, I decided to study, because I understood - empty lawyers will not protect me. ”

The first basics were taught by the famous lawyer Alexei Tarushkin-Temlydi. In 2012, he was sentenced to 22 years for two murders and the theft from the apartment of his client 15 paintings by contemporary artists with a total value of 34 million rubles.

Datsik wrote not only to the courts - he asked for United Russia and wrote a petition for pardon to Vladimir Putin.

For example, Maxim “Tesak” Martsinkevich, who, after the first imprisonment, created the organization “Phoenix” and is engaged in raising funds and legal support of prisoners of nationalists.

“Datsik is a mediocre figure. In fact, this is his only capital, ”the expert believes. “In order to support capital, he will probably make many different statements and take on different initiatives, they can also use it as an assistant lawyer in cases against nationalists.”
