For 3 years, we ask you to block off the flowerbed on the corner of our house!!!! Cars are constantly parked, people trample paths between the flowers!! no one cares. We repeatedly addressed this request to Mr. Krasnov, but this gentleman did not care about our flowerbed. Every spring begins for us with trips to the Criminal Code, is it really that much to ask?
