Is this how a president is elected, damn it?!
Yesterday I returned very angry and tired from Astrakhan. Shein was portrayed as defeated, hundreds of our observers were thrown out of the polling stations after 20:00. They also brought down our State Duma deputy A. Krutov from the TEC stairs.
All night I had to climb over fences, forcefully break into polling stations, pushing the police out of the way, and return our observers and commission members to their place. There is no other way.
There were decent people among the police who helped. Thank them very much! Alas, there were 202 polling stations, and only three deputies, so the falsification could not be stopped.
Party members say that there were a lot of violations in Ryazan, Tambov, St. Petersburg, Moscow and other regions. Putin, undoubtedly the leader of the race, was credited with at least 15% of the stolen votes. And if he had won honestly and declared his readiness to cooperate with the opposition, then yesterday would have been completely different.
But the authorities humiliated and insulted us. First, falsification. Then with his attitude towards us, calling us “corrupt Orangemen”, with whom you cannot deal.
And we went out to Pushkinskaya Square. On Monday evening - more than 20 thousand angry citizens voluntarily came out into the cold - when did this happen?! Four times more than on December 5 at Chistye Prudy. And there were many wonderful performances.
After the rally, the people did not want to leave. State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev invited people to communicate in the format of a meeting with deputies so that the police would not have a reason to detain anyone.
Everything was calm, we went to Dozhd TV, and right during the broadcast the arrests began. We took S. Parkhomenko and went to Pushkinskaya. We made our way to the riot police and tried to stop the arrests. But no one responded to our demands. G. Gudkov managed to break through the cordon, and they began to force us back to Tverskaya. I tried to negotiate with the police, showed my deputy’s ID and read them excerpts from the Federal Law on the status of a deputy. But S. Parkhomenko and I were detained and dragged into a paddy wagon. True, they later released me.
Then we went to police stations until 3 am and agreed that no one would be given 15 days. At the Voikovsky police station we met Ksenia Sobchak, who came to liberate the people at Yashin’s request, as I understand it. The heads of police departments responded adequately to our requests. In the end, it seems, everyone was released after drawing up protocols for participation in an unauthorized rally.
