The owner of an impressive criminal biography Vyacheslav Datsik was under arrest since last spring. On May 18, 2016, with the help of a mount, he burst into one of the underground establishments on Vasilyevsky Island and forced 11 naked girls to march with him to the police department. Then the red Tarzan tried to get into the mini-hotel on Chapygin Street, but received a rebuff of the guards. The same night, Datsik was detained.

According to the accused present at the trial of the mother, on the night of May 18, 2016, her son acted in agreement with the police. After his detention, Datsik argued that the goal of the “anti-collection raid” was to shame the sex industry workers, but at the current court he announced the struggle with the entire law enforcement system, which “roofs the brothel”.

In confirmation of his sincerity, Datsik asked the court to provide him with the opportunity to pass the test on the polygraph “in front of the people of Rus'”. The judge also rejected this request.

To journalists, accustomed to the eccentric behavior of the Russian Tarzan, could only be surprised at his sudden sanity and erudition: Datsik referred to the statements of President Putin, quoted the decisions of the Constitutional Court and the ECHR, leaving his defenders in fact without work. Such tactics eventually had fruits: the court took into account the complaint of the accused that he was not allowed to familiarize himself with the video materials of the criminal case. The meeting was postponed until August 17.
