I’m looking through the Internet biographies of young officials and businessmen from one of the most typical Russian regions - Tatarstan.

All of them - successful ones - have different paths to success, but the beginning is the same. The fathers or grandfathers of the successful are entirely party nomenklatura of the last or penultimate conscription. Those same secretaries of district Komsomol committees, instructors of regional and city committees who came to the rescue in the late 80s, while the people were bringing down their native Soviet power. The party nomenklatura became the main beneficiaries of the 90s, the beneficiaries of perestroika. But this is not the main thing. It’s clear that these former party workers are already retired (some on honorary pensions, some not, but very wealthy in any case). They guaranteed themselves old age and ensured that wealth and positions would not leave the family. Their grandchildren and children should inherit not only wealth, financial opportunities and luxury, but also administrative posts.

In Tatarstan, it is not uncommon for very young people to occupy ministerial chairs, chairs of deputy ministers, officials of the local president’s office, etc. I will not give examples so as not to burden the post. I will do this in future publications. How can you, for example, become a minister at the age of 28? And at the age of 22, take the chair of the director of the giant Olympic stadium? How can you become vice-mayor of a city with a population of over a million at the age of 25? And at 28 - to command a large industrial settlement? For what merits and for what experience are such posts given? Don’t be confused by the fact that we are not talking about federal positions, but only regional ones.

Tatarstan is a large oil and industrial center. Billions of euros are floating around here. To occupy an easy chair you need to be born into a certain family. Were you born into such a family? No? This means that the career is not for you. Yes, it’s no secret that folders suit sons. By the way, no one condemns this, everyone understands. But we are talking about the system. It is impossible to call it anything other than caste. These castes are not going to give power to anyone - only to their children. Previously, I touched on this topic in the article “Social Elevators of the Russian Federation,” but I did not quite understand the scope of the caste system. And its scale is such that it covers everything - I am not exaggerating - the entire state!

Don't get me wrong, we are not talking about Putin or Medvedev. The duumvir regime only covers up the caste system. Putin himself is a typical adopted son - a child adopted by Yeltsin. By the way, the anti-Putin revolution is not scary for the castes - they hold everything tightly in their hands. And people's anger is not directed against them. People know very little about this. Of course, they know that dads arrange for their sons, but few people have any idea that dads form unions of caste families. The caste system occupied Russia, and not some party of swindlers and thieves. PZhiV is a dummy that will be fed not today tomorrow for the amusement of the public. Don’t think that when I talk about caste I’m writing about something that is only shown on TV. The caste system starts from the grassroots level. That is, where you and I live. Representatives of castes have their own understanding of laws or laws do not apply to them at all. Example. Drunk federal judge Eduard Soldatov in 2010 hits a 23-year-old boy with a jeep. By law he must go to jail. However, the judges of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan decide differently: “He is ours.” In addition, Soldatov’s mother is the chairman of the Kirov District Court. Common children, common families. The caste does not surrender its own. Soldatov’s sentence for murder is as follows: to cancel the criminal case and stop the prosecution of the judge. Marvelous? Nothing surprising. Modern Russia is full of these examples. They are familiar and ordinary. In general, this system was discovered 20 years ago by Sergei Morozov. His book “The Conspiracy against the Peoples of Russia Today” is the only publication devoted to the caste system. But it’s one thing to read the work of a scientist, another thing to encounter this ugly machine yourself.
