From July 1, 2015, tariffs for com. services, everyone has already learned and everyone has managed to rejoice at this: tariffs are rising, wages have not remained at the same level, i.e., one might say, they tend not to infinity, but to zero. One gets the feeling, not even that, the confidence is growing that the people in power and supplying resources, in other words, the oligarchs, have decided to completely ruin their fellow citizens. But they miscalculated, it is impossible to endlessly raise tariffs while the standard of living of the Russian population is declining; sooner or later they will reach the extreme point from where there will be no return, when there will be no one left and no one to raise tariffs.
