User neider8534 told the TV2 news agency that the underground pedestrian crossing in the second microdistrict was flooded with water the day before.

“Yesterday it was flooded, there is practically no lighting, there is nowhere else to cross the road, you can only swim or wear rubber boots. Moreover, the steps are slippery, you can either kill yourself or drown there,” wrote neider8534.
