Photo: ITAR-TASS The Crimean Cossacks have their own oppositionist. According to the website of the Kuban Cossack Army , the ataman of the Crimean city society, Alexander Vinnichenko, has been removed from his post. In the article “Wasn’t the Cossack a deportee?” he is accused of the fact that when all the Cossacks helped the victims of the Crimean flood, Vinnichenko was busy organizing an anti-government rally. In addition, the ataman “did not observe the customs and traditions of the Kuban Cossacks and committed assault.”
Cossacks patrolled Krymsk after the flood and, as they themselves say, actively participated in rescuing victims during the disaster. Yesterday, Patriarch Kirill presented four Cossacks with the Order of the Russian Orthodox Church, but the Cossacks still continue to find out who really helped and who only received medals. Vinnichenko is one of those who considers his rescue work unnoticed.
Alexander Vinnichenko is only 28 years old; for an ataman, as one of the Cossacks said, this is a very young age. He was appointed to the post in January of this year, and today's report says that throughout his service he was engaged in “undermining Cossack ideas.” PublicPost talked to the participants in the conflict and found out whether there was a rally and what Cossack ideas were being discussed.

“The real reason for my removal is the personal ambitions of the ataman of the Taman department, Ivan Vasilyevich Bezuglov. It all started before the flood. My Cossacks and I found out that Bezugly was engaged in recruiting activities. He tried to kick our Cossack out of the rented premises. We figured out this fact. Bezuglov’s guarantor went and under my name he collected signatures, demanded money from people on behalf of the Cossack Society. When we brought him to light, he told me: “We did this and will do it, Ivan Vasilyevich Bezugly sent us here, and we will not ask your permission. ". He began to insult me, my Cossacks, pulled for a pistol, I had to work ahead of the curve. I personally got ahead of him. Well, a fight happened. After that, a war began against me and my Cossacks. People who know me, and the people we pulled out from under the rubble in Krymsk, they will have their say. Bezugly appeared in Krymsk on the 7th at 12 noon in a white shirt and ran around in front of the cameras telling what a great commander he was and who he saved. And now medals and orders are being handed out left and right. Those people who climbed in cold water have been forgotten.
Everything that Bezuglov said is a lie. Maybe this is the delirium of a madman or senile insanity. I did not organize any rally, and there were no mass beatings."

“Listen to me, the old gray-haired chieftain. I fight to the end for every Cossack. If some Cossack commits an offense in our country, I go to the police and say: “Dear police, let the Cossack go, we will sort him out ourselves and punish him, just don’t involve him.” ". And for this I can’t even turn my tongue to defend him. He is a young slob and rogue who considered himself the greatest here. For 20 years I have not raised my hand against anyone, but he has been an ataman for four months and has already beaten 15 people. And at the council he lies. He lies and crosses himself in front of the icon. After this, how can an Orthodox believe in war?
In general, the first thing he did was expel the priest from the board. How can the Cossacks live without the Orthodox faith? Father constantly went to meetings of the board of the city society, and Vinnichenko, when he became ataman, told him: “Father, goodbye, we will sort it out without you.” And then he said that he would disperse the “nursing home” and that the time had come for the young and daring.
I don’t understand why everyone wants to promote Vinnychenko so much. I personally recommended him for the position of ataman, I thought that he, as a young and promising man, would do something for the Cossacks and the fatherland. This was in January of this year. A little time passed, and Vinnichenko began to engage in activities that were not at all characteristic of the Cossacks. He beat the old Cossacks, and then said that they attacked him, and he defended himself, this was his favorite technique. He summoned Cossacks who were displeasing to him and beat them with brass knuckles. We sent these cases for consideration to the Council of Old Men and the Court of Cossack Honor. We didn’t contact the police, we decided to figure it out on our own.
Vinnichenko loves to appear on the radio and do PR. And during the flood, an announcement appeared on the radio that the Cossacks of the Crimean City Cossack Society, together with the citizens of Krymsk, were holding a rally. It turned out that it was Vinnichenko who brought such an announcement to the radio. We go to the place, and there he and some Cossacks in civilian uniform are shouting “Down with United Russia!” and that the authorities are doing the wrong thing. They did this while the real Cossacks were providing assistance to the victims.”

“Yes, Vinnichenko gave this “six” Bezuglov for no reason. For the cause. He wasn’t even a Cossack, but some kind of Georgian. He went around extorting money from people and dishonoring the Crimean Cossacks.
Bezugly is lying and you can’t trust him. There were no beatings of the old Cossacks. Bezugly accused Alexander of not helping after the flood, although during the flood we had been swimming with the Emches men in this muddy water since one in the morning, and Bezuglov was not around, he came later to give an interview. He has nothing to do with the Cossacks at all. I was a Cossack from birth, my grandfather was dispossessed by the communists. And Bezuglova also has stores in all the villages. Let him answer for this."

“When a person becomes an atamans, you must first think about whether you have a Cossack family. The Cossacks are the army of Christ, and it is important whether you believe in God. And when Vinnichenko’s personal card says that he is an atheist, what kind of Cossacks are you talking about? are we talking? We are the Orthodox Cossacks, the army of Christ. My opinion is that the activities of Vinnichenko, and of Bezuglov himself, are based on career considerations. Now there is a fermentation of dark power and light Orthodox power. Orthodox, will become the basis of our Russia.
The anti-government action became known on the radio, and there was a big scandal. We worked with our sleeves rolled up, and such actions are inappropriate. Vinnichenko was not visible, I don’t know what he was doing. In general, he’s not a bad guy, but he went too far and started to give up. He did not get the atamanship because of his age; he must be more reasonable and look at things correctly. But as for his conflict with Bezuglov, all the Cossacks are on Vinnichenko’s side, and as a man I understand him.”
