Russia continues to violate anti -doping rules, despite the removal of Russian athletes from participating in international athletics competitions. This statement was made by the German television channel ARD .
On Sunday evening, on the air of the channel, the third film was shown from the series “Secret: Doping” called “Russian Distracting Maneen”, which presents data indicating that Russia continues to violate the anti -doping rules. The International Association of Athletics federations (IAAF) said she would conduct an audit about the new statements of the channel.
- Mutko refused to be responsible for scandals with doping in Russian athletics
The heroes of the ARD film, in particular, were the acting director of the Russian Anti -Doping Agency (RUSADA) Anna Antzeliovich and coaches Vladimir Mokhnev and Yuri Gordeev. German journalists note that Mokhnev, by decision of the IAAF, should be lifelously removed from work in sports, but instead continues to train Russian athletes, as evidenced by the journalist video recording.
Gordeev, according to ARD, supplies athletes forbidden drugs.
The author of the film Huyo Zeppelt also claims that the new head of the Russian anti-doping agency (Rusada) Anna Antseliovich during his work in this organization agreed with the athletes on the time they hand over doping professional, although this is prohibited.
Seppelt claims that he has an audio recording of Annzeliovich’s conversation with one of the athletes. However, in the film her voice is not heard - the contents of the conversation were transferred to German and voiced by local dictates.
Separately, the film mentions the death of the former executive director of Rusad Nikita Kamaev . The author believes that his death could be not accidental, since shortly before the death he was going to transfer data on doping in Russian sports in foreign media, which is exposing.
The Ministry of Sports of Russia is ready to support all measures to reorganize the All -Russian Athletics Federation
The Ministry of Sports commented on the film about doping in Russian athletics. "The state cannot be responsible for any specific subjective violations. And we are ready to support all measures to reorganize (VFLA) together with WADA and IAAF in order to avoid any violations in the future," the adviser to the Minister of Sports Natalya Zhelovanova told the R-Sport agency.
At the same time, the head of the ministry, Vitaly Mutko, said that his department is not responsible for all cases of doping by Russian athletes.
“For our part, we do everything possible, actively cooperate with the International Association of athletics federations and the World Anti -Doping Agency, are ready to continue to do this in the future in order to build the most optimal system. But it is impossible to talk about the responsibility of the state in each private violation,” Mutko said.
IAAF will conduct a check
The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) said that she would conduct an audit about the new statements of the channel, reports the AP news agency. "The inspection commission will carefully study the issues that were raised in the last documentary. Including them with representatives of the All -Russian Athletics Federation," the report said.
In turn, the president of the All -Russian Athletics Federation (VFLA) Dmitry Shlyakhtin gave the commission of the investigation commission to analyze all the episodes presented in the film ARD channel about violations in Russian athletics in detail with each occasion.
"The WFLA is conducting an uncompromising struggle with doping, a huge job has been done to return our athletes to the international arena, we are open to serious strategic partnership with IAAF and WADA and will not allow individual people a shadow on Russian light athletics," the statement said on the organization’s official website .
Recall that the independent WADA commission on November 9 published the results of the investigation of the activities of the WFLA, the Moscow Anti -Doping Laboratory, the Rusad and the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. She made charges against a number of officials and athletes.
Soon after, the Moscow Anti -Doping Laboratory announced a complete suspension of activity, Ruda was convicted of the WADA code, the agency’s activity was temporarily suspended.
Later, Antzeliovich was appointed to the post of head of Rusad. The Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Vitaly Mutko stated that her candidate is completely satisfied with WADA. She was appointed acting general director of Rusad after on December 10, former leader Ramil Khabriev decided to leave his post.
