Objects of wooden architecture should be placed under special protection. Tomsk deputies approved a list of houses in the historical districts of Tomsk, which will now be subject to a special legal regime. It assumes responsibility for the safety and technical condition of the house not only of the authorities, but also of the residents of this very house - a monument.
