| Richard Ogdon has been appointed managing director and head of investment banking at the Troika Dialog investment company. He will replace Ruben Aganbegyan, currently managing director of the Renaissance Capital investment group, in this post. Prior to joining Troika, Mr. Ogdon held senior management positions at UBS for 13 years. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Ogdon built SG Warburg's investment banking business in Russia, establishing and leading Warburg's Moscow office.
