The Russian office of the global company Pernod Ricard, representing the most popular alcohol brands (Absolut, Chivas Regal, Martell, Jameson, ArArAt, Olmeca, Havana Club, Malibu, etc.), moved to the territory of the former Electroluch plant on Malaya Pirogovskaya a year and a half ago. The company employs about one hundred and fifty people, occupying three floors of the building. On one of the floors in a large open space there is an accounting department, on the floor above there are marketers and sales managers, there is also a media library and the so-called Dream Room - a room with a TV and sofas where employees can take a break during the working day in a comfortable environment. On the top floor there are several small meeting rooms and one large one with a sliding partition and a built-in bar. It is there that regular training courses are held to improve the skills of employees, as well as entertainment trainings, for example, master classes on making cocktails.
