The Ministry of Defense did not completely transfer its property to Kolpashev. Until 2009, part of the space forces was located in the city. On its balance sheet there were about 40 buildings and structures, both in the unit itself and in the military camp. For all this, high officials from the ministry asked for more than 250 million rubles. There is no such money in Kolpashev’s budget. After long negotiations, we managed to get a kindergarten and more than a hundred officer apartments for free use. But now it turns out that in fact they do not belong to the city. The fate of the rest of the property is completely unclear.
