Since March 2011, our communications have been going haywire with a partial lack of it (it’s running from the balcony into the room and therefore pieces of plaster are falling out under the window, in the kitchen it’s pouring from the ceiling like in the shower in the literal sense of the word) We contacted the Criminal Code and they promised us that they would do everything in the summer. It’s already the end of September and nothing has been done and they are not going to do it, citing the fact that they do not have money for repairs and again promised in the summer. How now to force the management company to fulfill its duties.
