Abramovich will buy OpenSpace?

The management of the information portal OpenSpace.ru is negotiating the sale of an asset. One of the possible buyers is the Russian office of the company Millhouse Capital, which manages the assets of Roman Abramovich, reports Infox.ru

OpenSpace.ru was launched in 2008. Creator and editor-in-chief of the Internet publication, poet Maria Stepanova. The editorial office includes 28 people. The concept of the project is the coverage of cultural and art news as an industry.

The OpenSpace.ru portal is part of the Art Media Group, which, in addition to the Internet resource, owns the Black Square magazine and the publication for collectors about the Art+AUCTION RUSSIA art market.

Art Media Group belongs to businessman Valery Nosov. At the end of February, Valery Nosov was detained on suspicion of extortion of 80 million rubles. The businessman is one of the defendants in the case of damage to the budget of the Moscow Region in the amount of 27 billion rubles. He is currently under arrest.
