Santa Claus from the ice hole

On New Year's Eve, Tomsk walruses from the Zdorovyak winter swimming society plunged into an ice hole. Swimming took place on Lake Boyarskoye. To create a festive atmosphere, the walruses came to the lake in carnival costumes.

According to the organizer of the society, Vladimir Fokin, anyone can swim in the ice hole; no special training is required for this. “The only requirement is that the human body must be relatively healthy,” the organizer added.
