Sleepless night.

On the night of June 19-20, in the village of Svetly, a deputy of the Tomsk Regional Duma, who is also the director of the Svetlensky Governor's Lyceum, Saibetdinov organized a graduation party for his “art geniuses”. At 11 p.m., the already sleeping residents of the village woke up from the terrible screams of the lyceum soloist, who was performing “like a song” amplified through audio equipment for the entire area. This wild howl lasted about 40 minutes, then fortunately stopped (probably we got tired of it), but the vanchanalia did not end there, but turned into a deafening fireworks display. This cannonade was heard 5 km away. from Svetly to Kuzovlevo. Well, the drunk and happy graduates of the Svetlensky Governor's Lyceum wandered around, drank, fought and made peace until the morning. This disgrace falls under administrative punishment - violating public order, drinking alcohol and minors being on the street after 22 hours without an adult. Right?
