Having once tried 812 Bar Commercial cocktail "Experiment No. 1" I could not resist and persuaded the bartender to teach him how to cook it. To which he agreed with pleasure, and this is not surprising, the bartenders of 812 are the best)
Armed with a camera, I arrived at the bar the next day and we cooked this wonderful cocktail together.
And now everything is in order.
From the tools we will need: a bar knife, spoon, sieve, a streter (a bar, is used to remove pieces of ice, fruits from a drink of a finished drink into glasses), Madler (used to grind fruits, vegetables or herbs, for obtaining juice), jiger (special measuring glass), and of course a shaker and martin.

Of the ingredients, we will need ice, vodka, lemonnik, fresh basil, elderberry syrup and lemon juice.

We pour finely gied ice into Martinka, and a large one is necessary into the shaker - this is necessary in order to keep the dishes chilled.

Three leaflets of the basil, we mudler, cuts a lemonnik, add to a glass, again, think.

Using a stretcher, we drain water from the shaker and alternately pour there an elderberry syrup (20 ml.), Lemon juice (10 ml.), Vodka (40 ml.).

For 15 seconds, we beat drinks, crumpled basil and lemonnik intensively.

Through the sieve, carefully drain the drink into Martinka. Lubricate the edges of the glass with a basil and serve!

It turns out such a yummy that it cannot be conveyed in words. So prepare yourself or come to Bar 812. There is still a lot of delicious and original cocktails.
PS Behind the glass of "Experiment No. 1" Barten told me that since mid-December they have been opening master classes in the preparation of cocktails. You can learn to cook both classic and copyright cocktails, and come up with something yourself.
Drink with taste!
