| Gazprom is getting rid of non-core assets
Gazprom plans to hold an auction on August 21 to sell 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of the Balabanovskaya window frame factory (ForaGazprom, Kaluga region), and on August 28 - to Promstroygaz (Tula region). This is reported in the official materials of the Rus Auction Center, which is the organizer of these auctions. The starting price of the first lot will be 110 million rubles, the amount of the deposit will be 10% of the starting price. The starting price of the second lot will be 260 million rubles, the amount deposit - 5 million rubles. The auctions are held as part of Gazprom's program to get rid of non-core assets, AK&M reports. |
