This is the next (third) issue of the publication “God Forbid!”, resurrected this year, which was first published back in 1996 and contained propaganda against Zyuganov. Now the situation is the same: the current President Putin (and in 1996 they defended Yeltsin) appears as the savior of the nation, and the opposition is a bunch of scoundrels and degenerates.
Under the title of the newspaper there is a call to vote with your head, not your heart, and then there are the headlines. "Werewolf in chocolate": "Sobchak against Putin? Then I'm for it!" “Web cameras are ready” (and a movie camera is drawn next to it, and not a “web camera” a la 320 by 240 ). Mikhail Piotrovsky: “Culture is higher than money.” Yeah, who should talk about culture is their trashy newspaper. The main headline in the center of the front page is the words of Patriarch Kirill: “Their minds are captured by the power of demons.” The editors are opaquely hinting to us that only crazy people can speak out against Putin. Well, I'm waiting for the orderlies.
There is an article “Every whim for your money!”, The authors, as if by chance, throw out the phrase “transparent elections that exclude falsifications cost 18 billion rubles.” That is, they pretend that no one doubts the integrity of the upcoming “elections” and only report the price of the issue. At the same time, it is absolutely not taken into account that no one can ever completely eliminate falsification, and in our case, the elections themselves do not make sense, since only those who can barely count on 10% of the votes were put in opposition to Putin.
A small note at the bottom of one of the strips is clearly trying to intimidate us. “Wikipedia” warns: accusations by the Republicans of the Democrats of rigging the election results ultimately led to a civil war in the United States!” Yeltsin and Putin have already given us the Chechen wars, and Vova, with his stubborn reluctance to leave, can provoke a new conflict.
An entire spread is dedicated to the theme of 1917. They are frightening us with the horrors of revolution and calling on us not to allow anything like this to happen in March 2012. Moreover, when comparing the then and current conditions in the column “At the helm”, they state that Nicholas II was intimidated and abdicated the throne, and the current government (Putin’s photo is present) “is not one of the timid.” So if he’s not one of their timid ones, why was he so nervous at the start of the protests? Billions were allocated for the installation of cameras, they decided to return the gubernatorial elections... Vladimir Vladimirovich was scared for his ass, and not in vain - his time is running out.
The general idea of all the materials taken together is approximately the following: everything that was good was done by Putin, and if you criticize the authorities, then you are a loser, a corrupt scum, or just an idiot who is being used by evil Western powers. This is the kind of legal state we have, where the main priority is the citizen.
