problems with hot water supply

Good afternoon, dear editors of TV-2! I ask you to understand our current situation. We live at st. Govorova, 46, managing organization of the HOA “Govorova 46”, the hot water supply was turned off according to the schedule from 05/21/2012, it was supposed to be turned on on 06/11/2012, but it was not turned on, having contacted the HOA, we received a response that they would turn it on until 06/15/2012, but it it never happened!!!! We contacted TGK-11 at 73-85-78 and were told that we would not repair ownerless networks. Having contacted the HOA again, we confirmed that the networks were abandoned last year, and it is not known who will do the repairs. and the timing is not known. Obvious mockery of people!!!! Help please!!!
