I read reviews about other management companies - and I am glad that our life is so normal: everything is in order (the cleaners and janitors work normally), there is no problem with calling plumbers and electricians. All REPORTS for last year are freely available, completely real, all plans for each house are available, beautiful birch trees were recently planted throughout the microdistrict during their, I.E. "Academic" cleanup day. They themselves grew seedlings for the flower beds, and the children's playgrounds are currently being renovated. It's just that the residents themselves are pigs - they throw bags of garbage on the lawns, and it gets to mailboxes and light switches. But “Academic” works fine, all our friends envy us that there is no need, as in other places, to “fight” the Criminal Code.
