"Help, autistic is killed in a pre -trial detention center." What is actually happening with 18-year-old Vladislav Zhelnin, arrested in the Krasnodar Territory for robbery

“Save my son! He was closed in a pre -trial detention center with killers, tried to rape! He is an autistic, he is a custom -made child! They do not let me convey the products, he will die of hunger! I was at the prosecutor of Babelsky, he said that it was better to watch my son. I was at the deputy chairman of the regional court of Svashenko, he said that nothing can be done - my son was ordered in Moscow ... "

Olesya Isachenko is the mother of 18-year-old Vladislav Zhelnina, arrested this summer in Krasnodar in the case of an armed attack. Pretty, modestly dressed blonde middle -aged. It is noticeably nervous, talking about the case of the son, and now and then begins to cry. According to Olesya, the diagnosis of her son is autism, he did not realize what he did, and in the investigative isolator he could die.

What's happened. Knife, vacuum cleaner, monastery

In a cafe, Olesya came with a couple of large grocery bags: water bottles, food, clothes. This is a transfer to the investigative insulator, where the court left 18-year-old Vladislav Zhelnin at least until November 2018. Vladislav is accused of robbery: in mid -May, he went into the office of a microfinance organization with a knife and, threatening an employee, demanded six thousand rubles from her.

Olesya says that in the Yeisk district of the Krasnodar Territory he and her son moved just a couple of weeks before the incident. Vlad told her that he dreamed of going to the Crimea, to drive along the famous bridge. And for this he escaped from the house. But I did not reach the bridge. Along the way, he entered the village market, where he met a man who sold a vacuum cleaner. Vlad was sorry for this man, and he decided to buy a vacuum cleaner. But there was not enough money. Then the guy bought a small knife and went with him to the office of a microfinance organization.

Already in a pre -trial detention center, Vlad told his mother that a vacuum cleaner bought for stolen money. But for a perfect act, he became ashamed, so he decided not to go to the market with a vacuum cleaner, but to go to Timashevsk to lure his sin to the male monastery. He arrived, the vacuum cleaner gave to the priest, and in return he asked for a room and help in the search for his mother. In Timashevsk, the young man was detained by the police. On May 21, 2018, Vladislav Zhelnin was arrested and placed in pre -trial detention center No. 1 of the city of Krasnodar on charges of robbery .

Autism. "He is a child"

Olesya says that Vlad since childhood was a painful boy. The diagnosis of “autistic spectrum disorder” was made in 2017 by a geneticist in Voronezh. Then the young man was 17 years old. At the same time, Vladislav does not exist for the investigation of this diagnosis: under the official diagnosis, the current Russian legislation understands his staging by a doctor observing the person in a medical organization at the place of registration or at the place of residence. In the arms of the young man’s mother - several certificates received in the last two years.

“The young man you are talking about will come into contact freely, once he robbed. So, perhaps, he just has some delays in mental development, but of course, an accurate diagnosis can be understood after a psychiatric examination,-comments on the medical documents that Olesya Isachenko, a clinical psychologist Seraphim Georgizov, brought to the meeting. - All the conclusions that you showed me is not from a psychiatrist, but from neurologists and genetics. The diagnosis of F84 means "General disorders of the psychological spectrum." That is, the doctor did not find anything specific. Logoneurosis is just a braking of speech. “He is a child, he has a development at the level of seven to eight years,” Olesya insists. When Vladislav was seven years old, he went to a regular school, but a year later, with a small mother, his mother took him to home schooling-due to conflict with classmates. He mastered the program, like all the peers, he passed the exams by an external. Humanitarian disciplines were given especially good to the boy.

Demons. Holy places and flaming ears

Olesya says that she first noticed that Vlad was “something wrong” when he studied in the second grade. Then they lived in Rostov-on-Don. “Vladik is a very devout boy,” says Olesya's son, a believer and churching woman. According to her, even when the son studied in primary school, he began with prayer every morning. But during the prayers he behaved strangely: "He was baptized with one hand, and with his second hand he seemed to be dismissed from someone."

Then there was a photograph with the whole class, on which Vladik was captured with his hands folded with a cross on his chest. This caused a storm of ridicule of classmates, an unusual boy was even beaten.

"Why did you fold your hands so, son?" - asked the mother. “It's not me, mom,” the boy answered.

Olesya says that after the beating Vladik closed in himself: hid in a corner, looked at anyone who tried to turn to him with fear, and even shouted to his mother so that she would not fit. This went on four months. The psychiatrist called for the house advised to sell the apartment and go to holy places, Olesya claims.

She did so, but not four months later, but four years later - when Vlad was already 12 years old. Mother and son moved to the city of Zadonsk, Lipetsk region, to the relics of St. Tikhon Zadonsky. According to Olesya, in Zadonsk, Vlad “healed”: “Near the relics he was deployed several times, but he was able to touch the relics. Then he immediately turned to me. And for the first time in four months I saw my son's eyes. Before that, he only looked at the floor for several months. ”

Olesya tells the stories of the “demons” who have been overcome by the boy and a wonderful deliverance from them: supposedly after the boy was anointed with oil from the myrrh -thorough icon of St. Seraphim of Sarov in the same Zadonsk, Vlad ceased to be afraid of people and began to smile. But then a new misfortune happened: Vlad began to burn his ears: "They were red, as if red -hot oil was poured on them." It lasted three years. During this time, the family managed to move to Voronezh, where Vlad walked all the time with a bottle of water, "to moisten the burned ears."

The miracle helped to recover from the disease again: Olesya saw an icon in a dream and heard a voice that ordered her to bring her son to the Church of Alexander Nevsky 180 kilometers from Voronezh. There, Vlad put the “burning” ears to the relics of the holy martyr Sergius Florinsky, “and the ears were instantly covered with a white film and stopped burning.”

Mother is convinced that the son is almost a prophet: “He goes on a mountain strictly on big church holidays. And always the day before warns me: "Mommy, take care of me, the terrible grief is waiting for us, they will separate us."

“He leaves on the mountain,” - so the mother describes incidents with her son, after which he is in the police. This happens since the age of 14.

"Life or wallet!" Crime and church holidays

As a teenager, Vladik often liked to joke with his mother at home, picking up a kitchen knife in his hands: “Life or wallet!” - says Olesya. Mom played along and pretended to be very scared. Vladik put a knife and left. “All in my father,” Olesya continues and explains that he also loved strange jokes: when she was pregnant, her husband was hiding in a closet and suddenly jumped out of him, frightening Olesa to half death.

Father and ex -husband Olesya are the name of Yuri Zhelnin. Until 2014, he worked in the prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory, and then he was convicted of fraud with electronic transfers and dismissed. Parents broke up long before that, when Vlad was still a preschooler. Upon learning what happened to his son in the Krasnodar Territory, the father replied: “Once it is to blame, let him sit,” Olesya retells.

Mother is sure that not Vladislav is to blame, but the machinations of dark forces. As evidence, it cites the fact that starting from adolescence, the son began to leave home - and every time on the eve of church holidays.

For the first time in the police, Vlad was at the age of 14 - he ran away from home. At 16, he announced the mining of a neighboring house (then the family lived in Voronezh). The shoots were repeated, his mother put him on the wanted list, and the police detained him. During one of these detentions, Vladislav broke his leg - according to doctors, deliberately. Olesya wrote complaints about the actions of the police, Vlad himself also complained by writing to the reception of the Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev. It was then that the Voronezh police officers began to take revenge, namely, the head of the police department of the Comintern district, Olesya believes. What is happening to her son now, - the continuation of the story that began in Voronezh, she is sure.

After this detention, Vladislav was first sent to a psychological and psychiatric examination. “He was kept for a month, spat on him, beaten, tore off his cross. He survived hell. They released it in a month. They wrote that he has schizophrenia of moderate severity, ”says Olesya.

But this meeting with the Voronezh police was not the last. The next also occurred "on a large church holiday", does not forget to mention Olesya.

Vladislav divorced a fire in a car parking lot and threw a bottle filled with liquid for roding bonfires. He later explained that he acted, "impressed" with the video clip "I love oil." The explosion was what was needed, and the door was smoking at the car standing nearby and the pen was melted. After the detention, the police, Olesya says, “illegally placed him in a psychiatric hospital and pricked some potent drugs,” from which Vladislav lost consciousness.

“I ran to the regional prosecutor's office in Voronezh. I got to an appointment with the prosecutor, said that they were doing with my son. In fifteen minutes, he decided the fate of Vlad, because he was kept in the hospital illegally, so the prosecutor demanded to give me the child. I took the child. Another prosecutor told me: “Get lost! Tomorrow the judge will make a decision, and I can’t help you with anything. ” And we left. We went to the monasteries. We went to Sergiev Posad, to Yaroslavl, once again baptized Vlad. ”

Then Olesya began to carry her son by doctors to make a diagnosis of schizophrenia. We were on an examination in Moscow and, finally, in Voronezh received a certificate of "an autistic spectrum disorder." Her mother is presented as a document on the basis of which her son should be released from the pre -trial detention center.

“They want to kill him, this is a custom -made child,” Olesya explains the court's refusal to free Vladislav from prison. According to the investigation, there are no grounds for his liberation, since an adult young man committed a robbery with the use of cold weapons. Trying to achieve freedom for her son, Olesya Isachenko began to write in the Kuban and federal media that Vlad was in danger: “He was put with criminals in one camera. They wanted to rape him. There was some kind of ogaz in the cell, sitting under Article 111 Part 4 (“ Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm that caused death,”-approx. TD ), he dragged my son by the toilet and threatened that he was raping. He took the products from him, Vladik was starving. "

After the story with an attempt to rape the autistic in the Krasnodar pre -trial detention center fell into the press, Vlad was transferred into a separate camera. "My son disappeared from the pre -trial detention center of the city of Krasnodar!" - Olesya again clogged the alarm shortly after the trial, who extended her son a preventive measure. The loss also explained: it turned out that Vladislav Zhelnina was sent to a psychiatric examination to Moscow.

The investigator who conducts the case of Zhelnina petitioned for the examination. According to pre -trial detention center No. 1 of Krasnodar, although there are necessary specialists in the regional psychiatric clinical hospital No. 1, but they are not authorized to examine the under investigation. Therefore, Vladislav was transferred to Rostov-on-Don, and from there to Moscow. Vlad’s mother did not inform about the date of his sending to Moscow, since the young man is an adult. The lawyer had to do this, but Olesya refused the lawyers when they agreed with the arguments of the investigation about the need for psychiatric imprisonment.

Now Vladislav in Butyrka, the examination is scheduled for mid -September. Olesya also came to Moscow for her son and seeks a meeting with him.

"There is nothing to lean on." Specialists about the situation of Vlad and his mother

Long before her son got into the investigative insulator, Vladislav’s mother was in a situation where she was absolutely nowhere to get help from.

“From what they managed to find out from communication with my mother, it became clear that they changed several cities, lived in different places, moved from one place to another - because, apparently, they could not be built into society anywhere. This is a story about some of her personal efforts, some point victories and the same point, but very tangible, defeats. All mother’s energy was aimed at swimming somehow, but there was no external infrastructure into which this young man could be built, where they could get help, ”says Zoya Popova, the executive director of the Center“ Anton here is nearby ”, helping people with an autistic spectrum disorder (races).

It is still unclear whether the arrested Vladislav Ras or other features of mental development has, but his story has already brightly highlighted the problem - the lack of support and mechanisms for the adoption of people with features in society.

Difficulties in interaction: in the Kaliningrad region, a man with autism brought a case for insulting women in social networks,

“This is a very vivid reflection that social routing in our country does not work for people with RAS, which implies that after making a diagnosis that is made up to one and a half years, a person at all stages of his life and his whole family - which is very important! “He receives support,” Popova explains. “The child goes to kindergarten, to school, receives higher education, if possible or vocational technical education, he is given the possibility of daytime employment, his leisure is organized - that is, everything that is part of our life, the same should be part of a person’s life with autism in particular and with the peculiarities of mental development in general.”

Instead of early diagnosis and support, we have a situation where the diagnosis of autism is made, according to the most modest calculations, only every tenth of the disorder of the auto spectrum of children. For adults with autism, no statistics exist at all, because at the age of 18 they “become” with schizophrenics on paper.

“In October alone, a letter of the Ministry of Health was published in October-which is only a recommendatory nature, that the achievement of the age of 18 is not the basis for changing the diagnosis of“ early children's autism ”(as it sounds) for“ schizophrenia ”. And until recently, almost 100 percent practice was a change in the diagnosis. Accordingly, the diagnosis of schizophrenia involves certain treatment protocols, serious drugs, antipsychotics, and so on. No tools, no tools to integrate into society, for such families, we still have been offered. This is a very strong dramatic difference between life in Russia of any family where there is an adult with autism. There is absolutely nothing to rely on, ”concludes Popova.

Moreover, even if now Vladislav Zhelnin is made a correct diagnosis and it turns out that he has races, this will not be the basis for his release from the pre -trial detention center. A forensic psychiatric examination will show whether it was sane or insane at the time of the attack. It will already depend on this whether he is subject to criminal liability or not, and if so, what punishment can be assigned to him - in the form of forced treatment, or another, provided for by the Criminal Code. In any case, the young man needs qualified legal assistance.
