The city will host a festival of graffiti writers for the first time
The festival is dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and is held on the initiative of the Department of Youth Affairs, Physical Culture and Sports of the Tomsk Administration.
Until April 26, the city Youth House will accept applications from graffiti artists, and then together with them they will prepare a sketch of a greeting card. It, as a congratulation to Tomsk veterans and war participants, will be placed on 18 concrete slabs on the Ushaika River Embankment Street, near house No. 12 and will become a kind of congratulation for Tomsk veterans and war participants.
Applications for participation in the graffiti writers festival are accepted at the Youth House (Pushkin St., 19, office No. 11).
