
Violations were identified by the prosecutor's office in the Vita pharmacy in the city of Asino back in May of this year. Then, based on the results of the inspection, it became clear that the pharmacy was selling the drug Tropicamide, which is used by drug addicts, without a prescription. In addition, the drug was sold at a price 4 times higher than the legal limits, the press service of the prosecutor's office reports.
Based on the results of the inspection, a case of administrative offense was initiated against the Vita company. According to the court decision, the pharmacy was ordered to pay a fine of 40 thousand rubles.
However, in August of this year, the prosecutor's office again found violations in the work of this pharmacy: about 40 packages of the codeine-containing drug "Caffetin" were sold without a prescription.
Based on the results of the repeated inspection, the director of the pharmacy was issued a fine of 4 thousand rubles.
