Tulip traders took to the streets of Tomsk. On March 8, the first buyer showed up at 7 am.
As traders told a TV2 news agency correspondent, the main influx of men took place last night. Today they sort flowers for their wives and girlfriends.
“The largest purchase is 50 tulips,” said one of the sellers on Yuzhnaya Square.

As flower shop employees previously told us, in addition to traditional tulips and roses, Tomsk residents prefer to receive eustoma, freesia and lilac by March 8th.
