To celebrate or not celebrate March 8 as a special day in the calendar is a matter, of course, every family, here everyone has their own traditions and priorities. But, it seems, the date itself is a completely suitable reason to think about the role of women in our universe. And here, as usual, books can help us.

The heroism of book characters-girls or women can be very different, but sometimes they have to go through the most difficult trials-fire, water, copper pipes, while keeping their face, defend themselves, protect loved ones, and also continue to remain a “girl”. Difficult task? Yes, in general, ordinary for a girl of any age.
