The village of Kaskara, 20 kilometers from Tyumen, became famous throughout the country during a "direct line with Vladimir Putin." After the appeal of the local resident Maria Kuznetsova, it turned out that in the rich donor region 3 thousand people have been living for 20 years without water. Despite the fact that, according to the president, this is a common problem and millions of Russians are in similar conditions, the story with a live broadcast and an instant reaction of the authorities surprised many. The residents of Kaskara themselves are in the first place.

The road along the Tobolsk tract was recently repaired, but it turned out that getting from Tyumen to Kaskar is not so easy.

The navigator and the sign report that Kaskara is located to the right of the highway, but the village we need is on the left. On the right is the old Cascara. And there is no water in the new part of the village. After the repairs of the federal highway, the chipsters were put here, which cut off a new part of the village from the old one. If earlier the locals went to the old Cascara with flasks directly, now the road has increased by 8 km. There is an aboveground pedestrian crossing between the villages, but how much water can you take?

The new part of Kaskara is not indicated by signs, the navigator is stubbornly lucky in the old village. On the way we stop by the gas station to clarify the road. Cashier Galina says that she did not watch a straight line on TV, but learned about the request to Putin to help with water - from the Internet.

“It was necessary for them to tell about our villages about our roads,” says Galina. - Our children go in swamp boots to the kindergarten. I myself go to work in galoshes most of the time.

Galina shows us how to get to the new Kaskara - only by a broken country road. On June 20, during a direct line with the president, it was on it that the crew arrived in Kaskar to connect the inhabitants of the village with the president. A local resident Maria Kuznetsova, together with a neighbor Lyudmila, told Vladimir Putin and all of Russia about the village problem. The plot was shot on Central Street.

Maria herself is no longer happy, she is hiding from journalists, does not give an interview. Her husband Peter agreed to talk to us, recalls how he found out about direct inclusion.

- I watched the television station with the president, I wonder what people live. But that the wife wrote to the president had no idea. And suddenly her question. And when they called her and reported that the film crew would come in 15 minutes, for us it was a big surprise. And along with the film crew and the head of the district, Svetlana Ivanova arrived on Thursday. For the first time. Like many, I saw her here for the first time. I decided to take the opportunity and say that in the village there is not only water, but also a normal road. She replied that "everything is fine, it is quite possible to ride." And we have a gravel! We go to such pardons - we will ride. After yesterday, people say here, now we need to write to the governor Moor about roads, while at least in hot pursuit.

The new part of Kaskara appeared on the other side of the highway in the early 2000s. Maria Kuznetsova and her husband have been living there since 2001. Peter recalls that at that time there were only a few houses by the road. Now hundreds of yards, about three thousand inhabitants. Water here is the most popular product in the store. For 20 liters you have to pay about 200 rubles, which is very expensive, because water is needed not only for drinking.

Kuznetsov’s neighbor said that he had made a well. I had to spend about 200 thousand rubles, and now still spend money on regular cleaning. Many have wells and wells here, but the water in them is dirty, with impurities, unsuitable for drinking and cooking, has a pungent smell. The fact that after Putin’s instructions will be conducted, the Kuznetsov neighbor does not believe, "there were too many promises."

Having talked with us, the neighbor asked, "Would Mary will have problems from yesterday's story." He asked his name in a report not to mention, people here, after unexpected general attention, keep their wary, refuse to be photographed.

There used to be hoses, pulled out and gained water, dumped into a cart and drove with flasks. All. They were now told to cut, close where you want, and take it there.

Consider to buy an eggplant of 5 liters of water, this is 50 rubles, and I just have a drink. And cook? We are not the only one how many people are waiting for water. You won’t prepare on our water, wash the dishes - and that smell of it, you see, she smells like that, like a faded one. Wash neither drink, nor to cook, nor dishes. There is a lot of iron, brown dishes are made. Calculate how much water for me to buy per day. And if the children, the family is young?

A resident of Kaskara Valery took part in the direct inclusion from the village. He says that no one here expected this: it was Kaskarinsky from one and a half million questions.

All this will fall on the shelf there. On the periphery, we will not wait. Or maybe they will send this application to the region, there will be some kind of shift. And so that so ....

Valery says that the next morning officials arrived, went around the place where the old water pipe was located. The fact that Cascara was in the center of such universal attention, Valery still believes with difficulty.

But in general, asking about Putin’s water, of course, is not entirely normal. You know, as it used to be, in tsarist times, - the master will come, the master will judge. It somehow turns out that the last hope is a higher organization. As he decides, he will give a command, so lower will be executed.

Water personally promised the president by the governor of the Tyumen region Alexander Moor. He announced the timing live: in 2020, a new water supply will appear, and for now, residents are connected to the old pipe, which has been in the village since the 1970s, but the Tyumen Boiler, located nearby, has been using it nearby. However, it soon became clear that the decisions on connecting to the old water supply for each application would be taken by Vodokanal individually. For there is a risk that the power of the existing water conduit is not enough for everyone and it will simply fail.

The road builder, the head of the regional branch of the "People Against Corruption" party, Alexei Savoskin, believes that it will not work to build a new pipe in such a short time.

- They say that it will be put into operation in 2020, taking into account state examinations, the redemption of land is unlikely. The most desired is 2021. Moreover, as the deputy governor Vyacheslav Vakhrin is laid, people will gain access to water only in 2022.

According to Savoskin, the negligence of the authorities is all to blame. The old pipe was not repaired for half a century, therefore, a new, large -scale construction will have to be launched.
