The prosecutor's office found violations in the work of the Magadan Rosgvardi

In the work of the Russian Guard in the Magadan region, the prosecutor's office found serious violations. This was reported in the press service of the department.

The employees of the Russian Guard made mistakes in drawing up protocols on administrative offenses and, in principle, unreasonably attracted some residents to administrative responsibility, the regional prosecutor’s office said. In addition, the department does not control the elimination of the violations found.

The Russian Guard incorrectly determined considerations of the proceedings in the case of an administrative offense and did not issue orders to eliminate violations of the law when there were legal grounds.

The prosecutor’s office made a presentation to the head of the department, which is already satisfied. Two employees of the department were brought to disciplinary liability.
