In Vladivostok, Andrei Ishchenko, who took first place in the Governor's elections in September, gave a press conference at which he explained why he had rejected his signature sheets, the Communist Party of the Communist Party in repeated elections, and municipal deputies deceived with signatures. And Ishchenko urged anyway to vote for him in the elections in December.

In fact, the PRF nominee Andrei Ishchenko won the governor’s elections back in September, but due to multiple fraud in favor of Andrei Tarasenko, at that time the current governor, the regional election was invalid. Ishchenko was not allowed for repeated elections: the regional election committee found that he did not gain the number of signatures of municipal deputies and voters necessary for self -nominated.

At the moment, Andrei Ishchenko filed a lawsuit, demanding the official recognition of the results of the first elections - he intends to reach the ECHR with him. In addition, they submitted an application in the UK with a demand to hold the perpetrators of the frauds accountable. "I will reach the very end, no matter how much time I needed: people have chosen me, I am responsible for defending their choice and the legality of the elections, " Ishchenko says. He revealed the details of his further strategy in an interview with the correspondent "Siberia. Reali".

- The regional election man says that out of 147 signatures of municipal deputies presented by you for nomination, only 134 are valid. How did it happen?

- I have several evidence that pressure had pressure on the municipal deputies. For reasons of their safety, I will not call names, but all these people told me about it themselves. Like, Andryukh, I am very ashamed, but scary. Threatened with various unpleasant things. Dismissals of relatives, creating other problems. In the villages, dismissal means hungry death literally. All the signatures that I took from these deputies are the first, as expected, notarized. We went to remote areas, more than once stuck in cars at night in off -road. They called notaries from home on weekends. But right on the heels were other people who have in their hands there are pressure levers. They forced the deputies to give a signature a second time - just for mine to be married. I am none of the deputies with the posterior signatures - 11 of them - I do not blame and not in offense at anyone. I understand where and at what time we live. All claims to me to those who threatened them.

- But you also have not been credited to you about 2000 signatures of voters ...

- In a few days, they organized more than 30 points for collecting signatures in my support, many people helped completely disinterestedly. Of course, due to the wild pace of collection, the quality of signatures began to fall at the end-somewhere the name is incomprehensibly written, somewhere a mistake in passport data was made. There is always a marriage, but after the non -proof, I sat down and personally studied the rejection of the signatures of individuals - there were about 700 of them. We handed over 16 packs of 500 signature sheets, not having the physical ability to scan them, so I have no right to say that there were falsification from the election of the election. But I have several examples that cause many questions. Example: folder No. 2, sheet 354, this is my cousin Cherepova Tatyana Vladimirovna, she lives in the city of Nakhodka. Her signature is recognized as invalid because she is "not listed there." I asked her to photograph and send me my registration - it has been registered there since February 2018. My good friend Ishchenko Daria Vitalievna personally came here, with me, and I controlled the correctness of the filling - her signature was invalid. 1700 signatures are invalid due to the fact that I set the wrong date. For three days I sat here for 16 hours without interruptions, they brought me food right here. Just imagine yourself in my place - little sleep, hands and shoulders hurt, of course, the concentration falls and you can make a mistake in the date, although the color of the handle is the same. Yes, a certain number of signatures fell into marriage trite due to fatigue and haste, because due to the fact that I had to go self-nominated, I lost several days. But the number of signatures unknown to me is rejected for inexplicable reasons - I have many such examples. It’s just that the authorities do not need a candidate Ishchenko.

-Do you think the authorities are still afraid of you? Even after the nomination of Kozhemyako?

- According to the unaggered results of the polls, 50% are ready to vote for me and only 30% - for Kozhemyako, with all his admin resources and stories about it from each iron. You turn on the TV - four news in a row about what other feat was made by Kozhemyako, the fifth is not about him, in the sixth he is quoted. The entire Facebook in paid bloggers and publics praising Kozhemyako. And people want to vote anyway for Ishchenko, well, how to allow him to the elections? Only grandmothers zombies will vote behind Kozhemyako, even people from the administration of the region will not vote for him.

- You did not think that you could have allowed you, do not stop the hunger strike on the same day when you started? Because people were ready to support you at that moment ...

- Of course not! It would be the same. The authorities understood that the protest was concentrated on Ishchenko, it was impossible to put it on the polls in any case, because he would win. Well, what to do? Burning bonfires, arrange protesting demonstrations, beat the Russian Guard with bottles? Well, what kind of nonsense ... In Russia, rallies do not lead to anything. Look, look, the people in Arkhangelsk come out and what's the point? Until the whole country comes out, nothing will happen.

- Well, why was there a hunger strike for half a day?

- To be honest, the decision on the hunger strike was made in the already changed state of consciousness: I have not slept for two days by this time, had not eaten and was in severe stress. At 6 a.m. you are a chosen governor, and everyone congratulates you, and at 7 in the morning you will already deceive with all voters, this is a difficult experience. I was simply crushed and devastated, the comrade advised me not to give up - to call people to the square, to declare a hunger strike, and I agreed, simply because I did not understand what to do next. Almost immediately, I realized that this was a mistake. I am responsible for the people who believe me. The rally was not agreed, an riot police waited around the corner of the regional administration, ready at any time to start grabbing people, to use force. OMON chiefs came up to me: "Sergeyich, we understand everything, but this is our work, if they give an order, we will be forced to hurt." In addition, Zyuganov called me and said that they needed me alive and healthy, asked not to starve. I understand that I looked comical, hungry for lunch, but I had to make the right decision. I gave the hunger and went to Ussuriysk to file claims about falsifications. The cessation of a hunger strike does not mean that I left the struggle, I will go through all the instances of the Russian court and, if necessary - but most likely it will be - I will reach the European Court of Human Rights. Not ready to stop. Residents of the Primorsky Territory perfectly understand what happened, whom they chose and who is actually power here.

- Now you are often reproached that you "leaked", have not taken advantage of the support of the people who went outside after the first elections?

- I am reproached with this mainly media journalists who were bought by United Russia. It is impossible to keep people in the square every day from morning to evening, it always decides. The main thing is an internal protest, after all, people understand everything. Even if 100 thousand had come to the square, nothing would have happened. The authorities made a decision and pressed it. Well, what would it look like? Someone from the administration would have left and said: well, if you are 100 thousand here, will we give you the governor? Yes, these are nonsense!

- Now you have already moved away from that stress, restored internal balance? Do you make conscious decisions?

I have been in a state of election for a very long time and I can’t get out of this state. Therefore, on December 16, I will come to the polling station, I will write the name of the candidate who should be there - I will vote for him. And I urge all voters to do the same.

- And what will it give? Well, a certain number of ballots will be spoiled ...

- After I was not allowed to the election, supporters ask me the question of who to go to vote for? And at a press conference, I expressed my point of view: in the ballot, in fact, there is not a single person who could vote in a protest, just not to vote for United Russia. There is no such person there, they are all “united Russia” there. According to our law, ballots, in which I propose to introduce my name, will be considered not spoiled, but invalid. They are taken into account separately. And at least this will show the authorities in Moscow that we do not agree with the fact that you are pushing your candidacy. I think that in any case, some candidates will enter the second round-the main one, most likely, is someone else. And the Khakassia script is possible, when everyone is withdrawn and only Kozhemyako will remain in the ballot. And there will already be for or against Kozhemyako. Here there will be an interesting vote.

- Do you think that many people will decide to support this action of your ballots?

- I think that this would be an excellent precedent at the federal level if spoiled ballots win the elections. At least the second place in this way we can take and prevent the protege of the authorities in the first round. In Primorye, a traditionally low turnout is about 30%. If we are all mobilizing now, we will come and vote for candidate No. 6, we have every chance - I am absolutely convinced! People have already said that they "became interested in going to the polls." I think that in December everything will be even more interesting. The Communist Party cannot exhibit its observers, since they do not have their own candidate - they decided not to recognize this tour of the elections legitimate, because they require recognition of the results of the previous one. I agree, but at the same time I am ready to fight by any means. The party did not support me in this decision, but it does not interfere. The regional conference, at which there were 55 delegates, mostly decided not to nominate candidates. I will not hide that for me it was a blow and for some time I just did not understand what to do next. But everything that does not kill does more.

- Well, if suddenly your action supports a scanty percentage, how will this affect your intentions?

- I will say to myself: Andrey, you did everything you could, for this territory. People themselves decided. Someone went to the polls, someone did not go. They voted themselves. I’m a deputy of the regional parliament, and they come to me and begin to tell me what problems they have. I ask, who did you vote for? For United Russia. I say, why did you come to me to ask this question? You can write me an appeal, I will work it, but then you yourself decided your fate and your children. But in any case, I will go through all the courts. And before the ECHR. This is a precedent, this has never happened, I wonder how it all will happen.

- About the Communist Party. Why still did not support your candidacy in the second elections?

- I will answer the words of my great -grandfather of the deceased: "Everything that is done is done for the better." And Lenin said that all the ways are good for victory. Maybe it was necessary. Why they didn’t support me - the question is not for me, I am not the leadership of the Communist Party. Maybe they saved me from the fact that the car from the headquarters Kozhemyako will be knocked down, I don’t know that! Therefore, let it go as it goes. ​

- Did you take it as betrayal?

“ If you know what way I went in a few months of my life ... You see, you are no longer surprised here and you treat everything a little from above.” You look, something is happening around you, but you are already not bothering this much, because if everything is seriously treated, your heart will stop-you can lie down and die or earn a heart attack. Well, such a situation has developed, yes.

- That is, you will not leave the party?

- Well, why are these nonsense? Of course not.

- You do not regret that you generally got involved in this story with the elections?

- No, not at all. I think little about myself here. More - about the population of the Primorsky Territory. The people saw that you could change something with your own hands by coming to the polls. It did not end until the end, but nevertheless, I think this will affect the elections that we will have on December 16. People there will still say their final word.

-In your opinion, recognizing the results of the second round of the previous elections of the governor-is this real?

- He admitted that the input into the “GAS Elections” system was double. It would seem that just take a double input and recognize the results. But no. It is necessary to throw out the hard work of a huge number of people and money - both taxpayers and candidates - one notarized signature of the municipal deputy costs 1.5 thousand rubles. In our region, educators receive a salary of 15 thousand rubles, and in general there are enough problems. The budget of Vladivostok for 2019 was reduced, although it was not enough for anything. Kozhemyako promises so many things, but where will he get money from? But millions of rubles are just throwing out, no evil is not enough! This is monstrous waste and terrible lawlessness! According to the law of the signatures of municipal deputies should be recorded according to the notarial chamber. Today they signed, the next day they should affect the website of the Kraiizburkom. Why doesn't this happen? Some questions. No transparency! No even the desire to follow the law. One woman from the Khasan region, I will not call names so as not to bring troubles, said to me: when you spoke to the deputies of our area, 8 people were ready to subscribe to you. But when representatives of the Party of power came after the parties and directly threatened with dismissal if they give you their signatures, there are half as many who wanted to. And what should I do with this? How to fix it if people are intimidated? How to fight if all supervisory authorities are engaged? The only hope for the consciousness of voters is that they will arrive correctly in December. This is our only chance to change something, to show the authorities: we are, we see everything, we are against it.

“But you realize that you scored voices in the first elections solely because people simply did not want to vote for Andrei Tarasenko?”

- I think, initially a 70 percent voting was protest. But the stolen elections attracted a lot of attention to me, which gave voters the opportunity to recognize me better. And now people are ready to vote specifically for me, I have no research, this is a personal feeling of communicating with people who recognize me on the streets. I hear a lot of words of support and assurances that they will vote for me again when it will become possible. We all understand that elections are an unpredictable thing with us. If the election committee does not like the result, it will simply cancel it and prescribe new ones. And then I will run again. And people will vote for me again. People are very tired of what is happening. And me too.
