At the same time, there is an obligatory part, which includes the Russian language and mathematics (by default). Of course, I would add art there or, even better, cultural studies. In general, this subject seems to me key for modern Russian reality, because there is everything that schoolchildren love. There is a movie and music. There you can understand what unites people. This is “type of beauty”, not “sport” and the desire to fuck and enslave everyone.

This will all work - provided that secondary education will not be paid. And every boy and girl with ordinary red, and not blue blood inside will be able to learn and become someone. Paid education is the power of the elite. I recall the Dzyadko 3 program, where the brothers, talking about dissidents and Sakharov, find among them their closest relatives.
