In Moscow, a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Komi Republic Mikhail Evseev was detained, who published a video message to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on the Internet in November 2009.

In his video message to the President, Mikhail Evseev, for the most part, complains of corruption in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and falsification of criminal cases.

Evseev was put on the federal wanted list, two criminal cases were instituted on him. One of the matters concerns the disclosure of state secrets, its details are not disclosed. The second is the excess of powers, harm to the health of moderate severity and violation of the inviolability of the home. The last thing was started only on August 9, 2010. The ex-militias are suspected that he, serving in Chechnya, illegally entered the house of a local resident and beat him.
Evseev published a video message to the president on November 11, 2009. In the appeal, he said that he quit in 2008 of the bodies "because of the impossibility of fighting the lawlessness in the ministry." The policeman also announced the falsifications admitted during the investigation of the criminal case of arson of the Passage shopping center in Ukhta. In addition, he stated that the criminal case against him was fabricated and connected with the fact that he tried to defend his rights - he demanded to provide housing after returning from a business trip to Chechnya. Now the former policeman claims that his persecution is already connected with this video.
Evseev became one of the first followers of Alexei Dymovsky, Major of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who performed in the period from November 5 to 10, 2009 with video statements to the head of the Russian government Vladimir Putin and all officers. Dymovsky complained to the prime minister of low wages and unpaid work on the weekend. He also spoke about several cases of exceeding of official authority known to him by police officers. In addition, Dymovsky invited Putin to "talk in the face." The videos laid out by the policeman led to the fact that he was fired for slander just a few days later, and after a month and a half they opened a criminal case under the 159th article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud committed by a person using his official position.” As a result of a series of trials, the policeman still remained at large.
Almost simultaneously with Yevseev - November 11 - with the help of a camera and the Internet, the foreman of the police, the foreman of the police, Vadim Smirnov, sent to the head of the capital's Central Internal Affairs Directorate Vladimir Kolokoltsev. He claimed that he was fired in February 2009 due to the fact that he entered the independent trade union of police officers of Moscow. At the same time, according to Smirnov, during his work since 2002 he had not a single disciplinary sanction. So far, there is no reaction of law enforcement agencies to this.
The former deputy prosecutor of Ukhta Grigory Chekalin was much less lucky. His video saw the light of November 13. Turning to President Medvedev, Chekalin said that the investigation of the case of arson of the Passage shopping center in Ukhta in 2005 was carried out with gross violations. Then 25 people were killed in a fire. According to Chekalin, innocent people were convicted in this case - Anton Korostelev and Alexei Pulyalin, who received life dates. Based on the results of the verification of the facts set forth in the video, Chekalina was accused of giving false testimonies. In August of this year, the former deputy prosecutor was arrested.
The senior precinct inspector of the Togzavodsky district of Togliatti Alexei Mumolin, who posted the video on November 17, was relatively easily. The policeman called his appeal to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Rashid Nurgaliev and human rights defenders. He developed the thought of the predecessor about the violations committed by law enforcement agencies, ”he told about the activities of the district police officer, which he called the“ stick work ”. According to Mumomolin, the district police officers are forced to fulfill the plan and draw up at least 15 administrative protocols per month, even if citizens did not commit an appropriate number of offenses. For this appeal, the district police officer received three reprimands and was left without the thirteenth salary. This encouraged a policeman to a single picket in front of the Togliatti mayor, soon after which he was dismissed from the organs. In addition, the leadership of the Avtozavodsk MHEVD Togliatti filed a lawsuit against the “protection of business reputation”, which was satisfied with the court. Mumolin was obliged to refute through the media the information that he shared in circulation.
Even Ukrainian policeman Vladimir Puchko was inspired by the example of Russian truth -seekers. In December 2009, he posted on the network a video message to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko, who accused his former authorities of intentional and systematic violation of the laws. He said that he was forced to take bribes. The result, in general, turned out to be approximately the same as in Russia - the policeman was fired without a weekend and brought a criminal case on him under an article on bribery.
