Now the art object “Bridge to the future”-a large-scale, 540 “squares” canvas-is crowned by the main link in the new Perm highway, which was built four years and was rented a month ago. “Portal to the future” in the area even broke graffiti on the building of RIA Novosti (420 square meters), which was still considered the largest in Russia.

A new crossing on the outskirts of the city is not such a popular place as located in the center of the Esplanade with the Legislative Assembly . But the scope for artists in a remote and relatively deserted place is much wider.

At 540 square meters, a futuristic city is spread. It is possible that this futuristic city is Perm. Judging by the air transport depicted in the figure - apparently, the inhabitants will be so tired of unompleted roads that in the future this Gordian knot will be chopped and acquired by airmobiles.

Surprisingly, the largest graffiti object in Russia created in Perm somehow completely imperceptibly. In the literal sense, that in a figurative-firstly, he was quite modestly “crucial”, and if Oleg Chirkunov did not decide to enrich Graffiti with several copyright strokes and tell about this project in his blog, the “bridge to the future” would have known significantly fewer people. Secondly, a notorious person to look at a huge wall pattern is not so simple. If you go along the new crossing Startsev - willow, then graffiti under the bridge is not visible at all, and from the nearest residential area you can only admire it remotely, and if you know how to correctly reach the viewing point. So this time, the administrators of the Perm cultural projects, whom local soils tend to blame for excessive impudence and pressure, act more like samples of unobtrusiness and modesty.

In fairness, I must say that graffiti are made “for future use”. The art, as he had it, overtook his time, this time in a completely literal sense. The support of the bridge has already been painted, and around the painting so far, the impregnable oceans of the autumn mud, along which only excavators, bulldozers and non -tug photographs burdened with the editorial task are moved. The work on the improvement of these unsightly oceans boils, so, probably, in a few weeks the largest graffiti in Russia can be admired with much greater comfort.
