After a serious long illness, a Russian actor and director Mikhail Kozakov died at the 77th year of his life. On Friday, April 22, reports Echo of Moscow .
Kozakov died in one of the Israeli clinics, where he found himself after the doctors diagnosed him with lung cancer. Kozakov’s death “Echo of Moscow” was announced by his friend, actor Oleg Basilashvili.
Mikhail Kozakov is known to the Russian viewer for such cult films as “Ampibbum Man”, “Hello, I am your aunt!” And many others. Among the directorial works of Kozakov are “Pokrovsky Gate”, “Masquerade” and others.
