The organizers of the Living Perm -2010 tried to take into account the shortcomings of last year. Then a large festival was a large, designed for the general public. Built with enthusiasm, but hastily, he scattered like a house of cards, into separate cards-kozyr. There were problems with informing the public - people did not understand what, where and why was happening. There were not enough strong Perm, not guest, projects, so that the participants adopt this festival for their own. This year, the organizers changed tactics. And here is the result: a month before the opening of the Living Perm looks like a festival thought out and this time is really viable.

This year, Living Perm will be held from June 8 to 12: the festival will have to be the last day that coincides with the celebration of the City Day. The organizers (and these are the authorities of both the regions and the cities) hope, firstly, to transform the most massive city festivities, and, secondly, to return to the city those who prudently preferred to take a day off somewhere else. Away from thousands of drunken fellow citizens occupying the city center.

In addition, the merger of the City Day should help the festival get rid of the reputation of an artificially vaccinated event. The festival was invented and proposed by the director of the Museum of Contemporary Art of PermM Marat Gelman by analogy with the festival “Unofficial Moscow”. The goal is to bring the maximum number of creative people to the streets of the city, so that they see each other and jointly come up with new promotions, hepenings, long -playing projects. Many Perm studios and single creators will come to the “Living Perm”, which, in theory, should be on this day on the streets of the city. About 600 applications have been received at the festival now - this is twice as much as last year.

The backbone of the current “Living Perm” are major chapedtlers, in which Permians and guests of the festival from Moscow and St. Petersburg participate. Among these are the “battle of three capitals” - creative all -around (Graffiti, Breikdance, Freestyle and Scretch). It will pass-May 12 on the Esplanade, on the square in front of the theater theater. Moscow and Peter will come with ready -made teams, and the qualifying tour for Permians will be held on May 10, where the decisive battle is announced.

Another headliner is Skif: Sergey Kurekhin International Festival. The festival named after the famous St. Petersburg Avangardist composer Sergei Kurekhin (leader of the Pop Mechanics group, the creator of the Lenin-Mushroom Media Medias) will be held within the framework of the Perm-Petersburg Creative Union, which for simplicity has already christened the PE-2 project. Skif at first took place in New York, then a donkey in St. Petersburg. In Perm, the SKIF team will perform on June 11 at the Soldatov recreation center.

Games, cinema, contemporary art and show -off food, in a word, all that you can take free time - on the picnic of the magazine "Poster" in the square near the opera theater.

The Permi Perm will hold its “picnic” magazine “Poster”: June 12 in the square at the Opera and Ballet Theater. It is a little a pity that not on the Esplanade, as promised at first. Because the caste of people in white socks on the Esplanade would produce a cultural shock, and so, in the square of the opera, their presence will be quite appropriate. “The Picnic of the Afisha is a stylish music festival that takes place in Moscow annually. In addition to music, on the “picnic”, as a rule, there are many games (desktop and moving), cinema, contemporary art in various forms and show -off food - in a word, all that can take free time.

When asked if there are Perm projects among the headliners, the executive director of the Living Perm -2010 festival Oleg Oshpkov replies that the Perm participants are necessarily integrated into each of the listed festivals. On the one hand, says Oshchepkov, outputs from the outside are needed so that a high bar of the organization of festivals appears before the eyes of Perm designers. And, on the other hand, the Perm participants opens the possibility of a “social elevator”: a chance to speak later at the fields traditional for SKIF and “Picnic“ Piknika ”. “We agreed with our guests,” Oshchepkov said.

In addition, this year, several presentations of other, no less large projects will take place at the Living Perm. On June 12, a scene for the participants of the Rock-Line festival of different years and new popular Perm musicians will be built in front of the Goznak recreation center. This will be a kind of demo version of the future big rock festival, which will be held at the end of June beyond the city.

And producer Alexander Cheparukhin, who seriously drawn into the revolution of the Perm musical culture, will bring participants in two new festivals with annual residence permit in Khokhlovka: “Movement” and “One World” - planned at the beginning of July. The foreign "landing" of the World Music stars will perform at the Esplanade, of course, on June 12.
