The governor, his deputies, ministers, deputies of the regional parliament are not taken here- they are only taken to show the new first school, the new SRC (socially rehabilitation center) in the village of Mill. We are building paid roads, holding Olympiads and world championships, but in the backyard the situation, ”the locals say.

The building, which is historical, belongs to the Ministry of Defense of Russia. Since 2013, the Irkutsk Ministry of Health has discussed the issue of its transfer to the property of the region. However, in 2022, in connection with the restriction and prohibition of transactions with the property of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the military hospital was refused the transfer of the building.

In January 2022, Governor Kobzev promised to build a new infectious department and a Tubdaspanser in Nizhneudinsk. In April 2024, the Minister of Health of the region Andrei Modestov promised to find the optimal solution. But no action after these statements followed.
