After our publications, some traffic police managers lost their place, some took it. Do they read us in the police?
Officials prefer to be silent about the results of our publications. You have to learn about the consequences yourself. Thus, the materials of Novaya Gazeta, dedicated to the Moscow Region traffic police, in some way affected the arrangement of leading personnel not only in the regional traffic inspectorate, but also in the capital. True, not in everything as we would like.
Major General Borodin resigned from the post of deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Officially - "at their own free will." Recall: we have already reported on general activities (New Gazeta No. 48, December 20-26, 1999).
Colleagues called Borodin "Diamond Man". Five times, contrary to the Regulation on the service, he received an “extraordinary title” ahead of schedule. Before moving to the post of deputy. The head of the head of the registration of the Main Directorate of the GAI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and seriously distinguished himself. A series of numbers with letters about OO, which was originally intended for the disabled, was transferred to people from the state apparatus.
According to the personal order of Major General, the inspector of the special purpose of the traffic police, the traffic police accompanied commercial cargoes from the Chkalovsky airfield to the terminals near Izmailovsky Park. Each inspector regularly paid $ 200 per flight. And General Borodin went to the cottage in the new Kupavna exclusively at the Mercedes (about 999 MR 77) with a miletic. He was flattering when at the posts of the traffic police inspector they gave him honor. Now they do not give.
However, Borodin would not have gone to the “voluntary” resignation solely because of official achievements. As it turned out, this “righteous” was the only relatively young contender for the place of the head of the Main Directorate of the traffic police. All sins were released to him, but not this one.
Colonel Agoshkov hoped to change the position of head of the regional traffic police to the post of head of the traffic police of Moscow. Under him, the special -nominees of the regional police vehicles were on foreign cars of various businessmen (Biserovsky Fish -Basket JSC, Glukhovsky Textile OJSC, Noginsky Meat Processing Plant OJSC, etc.), and fundamental employees were dismissed by whole crews (New Gazeta No. 35, September 20–26, 1999).
The colonel failed to seriously lead the Moscow traffic police (competition). For some time he was listed as acting, but soon he lost this shaky status, but he could no longer return to the Moscow Region. At first, Y. Agoshkova was sent to the Traffic Party Research Institute at the central apparatus, then resigned. According to our data, he now expects to find a place under the wing of Colonel General Latyshev, a presidential representative in the Urals, who once oversaw an traffic inspectorate. Our hero wants to become his assistant and oversee the arrangement of federal roads.
But the most interesting career was formed by the Zemlya Polish special battalion of the traffic police near Moscow (New Gazeta ”No. 8 on February 8 - March 5, 2000). In 1995, the major survived the first serious scandal. Then the auditors from the Ministry of Internal Affairs became interested in his Dodge (40 thousand dollars). And in 1999, the battalion commander announced him a serious reprimand for the service car with special communications, left in the garage with a certain businessman. By the way, the inspectors who caught the businessman in this car were fired. And Major Dylaev reprimand went to the traffic police research institute, which seemed to have made a transshipment base for the scandaling employees.
The two -story mansion of the major in the village of Obukhovo (Labor St., 1), surrounded by a concrete fence and a special road fence, which is so lacking on the tracks near Moscow, we have already outlined. On this occasion, the major was disturbed by his own security service. But, apparently, the real estate and cars of Dylaev was not enough for serious complaints. Leaving the walls of the Research Institute, the major became the head of the traffic police of the Department of Internal Affairs of Noginsk.
As we became aware, the temporarily acting head of the Noginsk traffic police, O. Romanov, diligently seized the copies of Novaya Gazeta from his subordinates. We think the new boss will appreciate this.
