It is high time to admit: the inexorable disappearance of the unique coastal strip in Sochi and throughout the Russian part of the Azov-Black Sea basin is a state tragedy of a national scale. Local authorities must be accepted for the most dangerous phenomenon of market nature such a predatory attitude towards beaches. Without them, the largest health resort of Russia will really turn into a land and dull outcome.
