What is funny here? Reflected against the background of these generous surcharges look vacation pay, received by most citizens who, alas, did not become the heads of urban and rural settlements or, at worst, their deputies.

After laughing, these citizens may ask: “Where will the funds come from for an additional eight salaries for hardworking people sitting under the flags of a caring state? Something we did not hear that they were legally laid in the republican budget ... ”And they will be told:“ Everything is taken into account. Read the second point of the Cabinet Resolution. " Indeed: the Ministry of Finance of the Republic is instructed to allocate 58.3 million rubles from the reserve fund to this case.

As you know, the reserve fund is created in the event of all kinds of spontaneous phenomena and disasters: floods, fires, hurricanes ... And, say, throwing backup money to a hurricane is normal. And for additional encouragement of officials? Someone will say that it is also normal: after all, this means throwing money down the drain.
