Businessman Sergei Kaluzhin talks about how Putin's officials extorted bribes and ruined his company "Sabid"

The company "Sabid" was founded by two young entrepreneurs - Sergey Kaluzhin and Alexei Kishenkov . They built inexpensive towhouses in the suburbs. Now Alexei Kishenkov is arrested, and Sergey Kaluzhin went abroad. After the direct line of Putin, the story of Sabidom became the theme of countless television portions and talk shows. Even to the North Pole, they managed to bring a banner condemning the company's management and expand it next to the "Banner of Victory". According to the only version presented by viewers, scammers stole the money of gullible equity holders and abandoned the construction.

However, Sergey Kaluzhin tells a completely different story, and this is a story about how selfish officials ruined his company. In a statement sent by Putin, Bastrykin and Bortnikov, he reports:

Every year we opened new projects. There was an economic rise in the country, in the construction stage houses and land were dismantled. Today, more than a thousand houses have been built in the Moscow region, the circle of large customers was scored. Everything was fast, promptly, the construction sites went well. For all this time, out of thousands of houses that we have, we were given documents for only 200 houses. 800 houses have been built, are still recognized as unaccounted for. This is not self -building - it’s just at home who do not want to decorate, because we have no bribes.

- The price will be completely different, we simply will not sell these houses if we take into account the cost of bribes.

- Often extorted?

I paid 106 million rubles under the guise of school construction

- I have 10 stories about extortion. In some stories I paid. The most loud is a school in New Moscow. I paid in 2014, when Sobyanin and Khusnullin came, in their controlled company 106 million rubles under the guise of building a school. Because we designated them that we are not going to pay any left money. We agreed on the school for a year, after a year we paid for, the contract was not at all the same that we were promised, the initial contract was with the Ministry of Education, as a result we were given a controlled company so that we did not fall into the list of residential complexes for self -construction. Either we turn a blind eye to the fact that this is not a contract with the Ministry of Education and we are not on the list, or we are on the list and we will demolish us. Naturally, we signed an agreement in which the school was listed, transferred money, there are payments. On September 1, under the 2016 agreement, the school should be built already. Naturally, there is a wasteland.

- Sergey, you seem to be an apolitical person. Do you think that it is pointless to go outside and protest?

We live in a country where entrepreneurship is punishable

- To go to protests, screaming slogans is an outrageous. I believe that there are negotiations, there are a round table, officials are sitting, we are sitting, we write the protocol, this protocol can be taken to court, we will win if they move away from this protocol. As Putin went, the agreement was concluded in Minsk, I also want to. I want all sides to gather without collisions, without intimidation, but normally.

- That is, without any policy?

- I and my partner persuaded me to join United Russia, thank God, we were able to avoid this.

- Basically, every holiday, May holidays or city day ... five million, standard tariff. All the time we were in the area, we sponsored all the holidays, it has always been 5 million. Asphalt work, a playground, shops, an event, show, such things that cannot be checked. This money has disappeared.

Something must be done with the authorities, because such people cannot remain in the administration of the state

- I’m not afraid to talk about these people, because I absorbed like a sponge for 10 years, while I was in real estate, this information, and now I'm ready to share. Everyone decides whether to believe him or not to believe our government, which promises that in 2020 we will have a super-duper that pensions. These are all words. When the people believe that they are fed with breakfasts daily? Very strange people. We must do something. At the moment, I think that a rally is wrong, and tomorrow, maybe I will decide that the only solution in the country is a rally. Because something needs to be done with the authorities, because such people cannot remain in government. They now have a good story: an external enemy has appeared, Western countries have become an enemy. That is, they switch people to other problems that do not exist, if only they would forget about their problems. This is a PR politician throughout the country: we have other problems-the war will be tomorrow, let's engage in weapons, let's finance Shoigu, let's run missiles, see how the war in Syria will end in Ukraine. But this nonsense is simple. The news about this is only going, people switch and think: we must rejoice at the small, that we have this pension of 6 thousand rubles, a salary of 15 thousand rubles. Let's rejoice, we have a war tomorrow, we will sit quietly, buy cans and dig a basement. It is just blurring the eyes of the population, and they do it well. Being abroad, I communicate with many journalists, with people who received political asylum, just everyone smiles when they hear it.

- Your partner was arrested almost two months ago. Do you have no connection with him?

Maybe they beat him there, maybe he is not alive?

- No. I called all employees, asked to come to the partner, to see if they were beaten in what condition he is. Nobody saw him for a long time, arrested, extended the arrest and all. And what does he look like, does anyone know? I called to Moscow, asked to go to the meeting. Everyone is so scared that they even refuse to go to their leader, they say: why will we go there? I say: see what a person looks like. Maybe they beat him there, maybe he is not alive? He was closed for two months, go, see how he looks. They don’t go, they are afraid.
