The jury issued a indictment against the five executors of the murder of my father (in our opinion, the fault of Hamzat Bakhaev was not supported by a sufficient amount of evidence), but the case remained unsolved. The Russians did not expect anything else from the investigation and law enforcement officers. Let me remind you that according to the Levada Center survey, conducted at the end of March 2015, more than half of the Russians believed that the investigation would not establish the names of these customers.
This is the real image of the state in the eyes of Russians, where the law does not operate, and political murders remain unsolved.
The investigation managed not to even find Ruslan Mukhudinov, driver Ruslan Geremeyev, who was charged with an absenteeism in organizing the murder, although we consider him one of the performers. The investigation was practically reliably established that the deputy. The case against Mukhudinov, as well as a number of other unidentified persons, was allocated into separate production. So far, we do not see any desire of the Investigative Committee to establish and find organizers and customers. Rather, they just wait for when they forget about the case. But we intend to remind them of this. And not only us. The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe decided to prepare a special report on the progress of the investigation of the murder of my father.
The investigation and the court fantastically persisted in the non -recognition of the murder by political. The judge removed the questions of my lawyers visible Prokhorov and Olga Mikhailova, who directly or indirectly indicated that the father was a politician and public figure, and it was this fact that became the motive for committing a crime, at least at the level of organizers and customers.
That is, in Russia and in the world they are convinced of the political background of the committed murder, and our investigation and the court deny the obvious. At the same time, they were not able to establish any motive for the murder. This is just evidenced by the egregious deceit of our state.
The investigation and the court clearly did not strive to establish the truth about the perfect crime, therefore they rejected my petitions to call the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, Adam Delimkhanov, Suleiman Geremeyev, Viktor Zolotov (at the time of the murder, he commanded the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in whose subordination the North battalion is located).
This, of course, is not a full -fledged investigation, but its imitation. It was given an instruction- to find the performers and hold the court. And exactly this was done.
But we will fight further for establishing complete truth in all possible ways.
It is no secret that serious pressure was on the jury. Nevertheless, they showed resistance and made a fair verdict against bandits who lost the lives of Boris Nemtsov. This is respect.
However, the case cannot be considered uncovered while the organizers and customers remain free. There are only performers behind bars. From them there is a direct mark to the deputy of the State Duma Adam Delimkhanov and the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov. From these figures - a straight thread to Zolotov. And behind this general, who has been the head of the president’s security for many years, the figure of Putin is clearly looming.
Therefore, nothing ended. If it seems to someone that we will satisfy the verdict for the performers and will be silent in a rag, then they are mistaken. Our task is to increase pressure on power and achieve a trial of customers. At every public speech by Putin, where there will be at least one independent person, the question of the murder of Nemtsov should sound. In every country where Putin arrives, he needs to beat on his forehead questions about the death of Nemtsov.
This applies to everyone. If customers get away from responsibility, then political murders in Russia will continue.

Today, the jury, in fact, accused Putin of the fact that he was the customer of the murder of Boris Nemtsov. The customer’s other real (last in the chain) customer could not be in principle.
The murderer was recognized as an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Dadaev, who had no personal reasons for this crime. His immediate superiors also had no motives to make such a decision. But Putin, the official leader Dadaev (law enforcement agencies subordinate to the president), had many reasons to give an order to eliminate Boris (I wrote about this in detail after the murder, a link in the first comment).
Kadyrov and his slander, such as Dadaev are just one of the organizers of the murder. Only Putin could be the customer. No one except him would dare to give such an order under the modern authoritarian and extremely hierarchical system of power. The indictment of the jury only confirmed the obvious.
"The killers of Boris Nemtsov are guilty and condescending." Our task is to achieve these words in relation to those who sent these killers. Terrible, Kremlin - hear?
Despite the fact that in the involvement of the defendants in the execution of the crime, there are practically no doubts among the Nemtsov family, there are many questions to the investigation. This long -term proceedings did not convince society that the state seeks to reveal this demonstrative, daring murder of the leader of the opposition.
It is outrageous that the FSO did not want to submit notes from numerous surveillance cameras, which probably contains important evidence.
The motives of the crime in court were not discussed at all. The testimonies of the threats that existed at Boris were not discussed and were not taken into account.
The search for the organizers and customers of this political murder in more than two years has not advanced at all. The court refused to interrogate important witnesses from the inner circle of Ramzan Kadyrov and himself, rejected all the petitions of the victim. And this is also the responsibility of state power.
I agree with the lawyers of the Boris family that miracles are happening: law enforcement officers “lost” Geremeyev. The investigator goes to his house in Chechnya, knocks on the closed door, turns around and leaves back. And this is in a country where the identification and search for any disagreement with the authorities is not difficult for it.
The authorities want to condemn the performers and put an end to this case, to lower the further investigation on the brakes. But we should not allow it. Our common task and duty to Boris and his family are to demand from the authorities to continue and bring the investigation to the end. In order for not only the performers, but also the organizers and, extremely important, customers of this sinister murder, are named and appear before justice.
I do not believe that personnel military from Chechnya could, without sanction or even contrary to their authorities, go to Moscow for six months in order to track down and kill Boris Nemtsov. It just cannot be. And I do not believe that such a murder could be organized without the personal knowledge of Kadyrov himself. And therefore, the organizers and customers of the murder have not yet been found and convicted, the case of the murder of Nemtsov cannot be considered disclosed. All those responsible for the murder of Boris must get merit. And the duty of all free citizens of Russia to achieve this justice.
We will not get customers under this power. I have only one question for them - Chechens themselves or with the presentation of Moscow? While they do not begin to testify, and the investigation is really digging in this direction, you can guess as much as you like.
A vile background throughout the process - strange political games around the circumstances of the murder of Nemtsov. From the opposition environment, a whole batch of those who did not believe in the "Chechen trace" stood out. Everyone, as you know, has the right to their personal paranoia, but only to that line until it affects others. And then the accusations sucked from the finger against Boris's associates poured a powerful muddy stream ...
The reasons and goals of this shameful campaign are not known to me ...
I consider the result of the trial of the killers of Nemtsov - another verdict to the current regime (albeit postponed) and another step of the country to nowhere.
I read one simple, but an important idea in the morning: Italy was not lucky for a long time with the authorities, but simply due to the correct direction of the country's movement as a whole and the life energy of civil society - it has gone out of the crisis and became in a row with other European countries.
So, in Ukraine - the same - weak, probably corrupt power, but the direction is correct and this helps society compensate for the outstanding of power. In Russia, the power is strong, but this is precisely what pushes it into the notorious "nowhere" (you can decipher it as "in the Asian" and as "to the collapse").
Dear Jeanne Nemtsova, I can’t help in this idiotic and vile situation. The only thing I promise to never agree with this that Russia is such a country, people do not need freedom in it, a honest court, justice do not need.
The main thing is that we now understand: in Moscow, and possibly in other cities of Russia, on semi-official conditions, with weapons and documents of police officers, with headquarters, the President-Hotel has a gangster, which is engaged in its gangster affairs and ready to intervene in political processes in Russia with the most gangster methods.
For months, they were observed by one of the leaders of the opposition (under the constant view of the authorities) and, upon receipt of the order, they eliminated it 100 meters from the Kremlin.
This gang is not just rackete out not only the Chechen business, accumulates money and weapons. It will certainly be launched in the process of changing power in the country.
Turning the problem of changing the regime into a bloody spiral of violence and political killings on the streets of Russian cities.
And then it will not be at all important what Putin was thinking about, encouraging the formation of the infrastructure of the criminal army, behaving in Moscow as in the occupied city.
They mistakenly consider the Russians a herd of wordless cattle, which can be fearlessly cut and drive under the knife.
Now the time has come when, than before we were only outraged, you can and should be investigated.
Time to open the Kadyrovsky criminal network, its infrastructure in Russian cities, evidence -based calling secret and obvious patrons.
I personally, too, will make all possible efforts to this.
In the general interests today, and not in the future, legal methods to remove criminals from our streets, who are under the guise of Chechen police, “Kadyrov’s protection” and his friends.
Otherwise, it will end very badly. A layer of legal culture in society is thin, and under it the coals of such a sweet word as “revenge” blush more and more.
Nobody will go away from responsibility. There is a limit behind which there is no forgiveness, there is no shelter either in the mountains or in the Kremlin.
Khodorkovsky, Yashin and a number of other status oppositionists joyfully agreed with the verdict of the Putin’s “court” in the case of the murder of Nemtsov, transferring all the arrows into “Chechens”.
At the same time, Zhanna Nemtsova stated that the prosecution was not proven, and the convicts said that they knocked out the testimony, and the FSB was the true organizer of the murder.
How to understand such a position of status oppositionists? Obviously, the guys accepted the rules of the game. Unlike Nemtsov.
And here are still opinions and doubts.
Nemtsov. It’s good that the killers are punished. But the fact that customers have not been found were not found in 2 years is very bad. This opens the track to continue political killings. My opinion, the main trace is Ukrainian. Too many indirect facts. The main thing, Duritskaya, who was in the fatal minutes with Nemtsov, was dressed in a bright white coat, she was not touched, although she was a clear witness. And now Duritskaya is in Kyiv under the protection of the SBU, and suddenly a year after the murder I bought 2 new apartments in Kyiv. There is every reason to believe that Duritskaya was the gunner of killers on the instructions of the SBU. The purpose of the murder was to blame the Kremlin (therefore, the murder was right under the walls of the Kremlin, which is inconvenient technically), and before the anniversary of the referendum in the Crimea. One of the main performers fought in the Donbass as a volunteer, was captured, and was recruited there for this murder. The Russian authorities must actively develop the Ukrainian version without hesitation. SBU or neo -Nazis associated with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
I will say an unpopular thing.
- If Dadaev is really the killer of Nemtsov, and the customer Putin, then how did the Kremlin arrest his agent and the public trial of him?
- If Dadaev was only appointed Killer Nemtsov, then how and why was the killer appointed an officer of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation? This is a more than a strange way to resign from power.
All attempts to get this intelligible answer were still attacked by purely religious logic: it is given that Putin personally ordered Nemtsov to kill, this is the truth of revelation, if the logic contradicts her all the worse for logic.
The fact that Nemtsova killed the Putin regime is undoubtedly. What exactly happened there is only guessing (I have my own assumptions that this should be considered in the context of the struggle of security forces against Kadyrov). The fact that Putin personally is more than capable of this is no one doubts. But for Putin to organize the operation in such a strange way that ended with the court over his faithful dogs, I will never believe.
Who did they deceive the "court" in the case of Nemtsov?
So they sit and think: how remarkably we concocted the process and spent everyone around the finger.
And who exactly? Ingu conductor from the fifteenth wagon? Yes, she does not give a damn about this court, on Nemtsov, on Geremeyev, and on the fourth and fifth term of gray moths.
Or did they deceive their boss Putin? Or Merkel? European Community? Chechens? Yourself?
It cannot be so that Anatoly Chubais and Sergei Kiriyenko is indifferent to this investigation. They were "more than friends" with Nemtsov. And many other people on the site who were just starting their political life at a time when Nemtsov was already a deputy prime minister. For example, the head of the presidential administration and then the mayor of Moscow Sobyanin at that time was a Senator from Khanty -Mansi Autonomous Okrug. Or, say, the director of the FSB Bortnikov.
And all these people of class A, who have been responsible for the most important things of the state in different years, cannot but be interested in the question: how exactly was the decision to kill? What was the format of this solution, its procedure. Because this is precisely this significantly not only for Nemtsov’s comrades in the last period of his life, for activists of the opposition, but is related to the whole society and the state.
And it was precisely to this question that the investigation should have answered, report to the president, and then make it the property of society. Why? Because the format for the decision to kill the former governor and Deputy Prime Minister is a matter of national security.

А раскрываются они только в тех случаях, когда на то есть сильная политическая воля, и если эта воля сочтет, что сопутствующие политические потери не превысят выгоды от разоблачения всех и вся. Возможно, в данном случае следствие решило, держа в уме тонкости текущего политического момента, что продолжение раскручивания клубка связей вокруг убийства Немцова может завести в такие дебри, что само это убийство покажется наименьшим злом по сравнению с возможными последствиями. Благоразумно ли поступило следствие, рассудит история. Мы пока не знаем максимальную цену всей правды в этом деле.
