Observers, for example, from the OSCE conducting the so -called long -term observation, do not have the right to speak out, this is true, but they are not expressed. In reality, the task is simple - to disrupt international election observation, which indirectly confirms the idea of Val falsification on December 4. In principle, all these international institutions, although they make claims, generally recognize the elections. At least, Russia did not have such verdicts as in Belarus. Accordingly, on the day of voting, such a tradition will happen that this tradition will change. However, the dummy of international surveillance will be created - observers will be brought through the CIS from Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan: how they take migrant workers.

The Polit.ru site observer Mikhail Zakharov believes that European observers should not really teach Russians democracy and how to choose legal representatives to parliament, but instead of Europeans, Russian citizens should do this. They traditionally do not notice elections, assuming the process, if not exemplary, then quite close to the ideal.

Russia became only 73 countries of the world, which recognized the Libyan National Pereking Council. Now for the Russian fleet in the Mediterranean 24 hours a day, the port of Tartus is open.
