Oleg Vinokurov: The championship actually began again, the second half of the way - you can’t imagine the best strategic situation to start the second part of the championship. Three pilots had the same number of points, two of them are Ferrari pilots, in general, the struggle is probably the most persistent, in recent years.

Andrey Balakhnin: That's right. And it's very cool. Indeed, the championship practically began again. This density allows us to hope that the championship will be very interesting. And Lewis Hamilton, after today's brilliant victory, not so much broke away. The gaps are not so great to say that someone has already broken very cool, and he is a clear contender. Although Hamilton showed that McLaren is very cool to success in the championship.

Oleg Vinokurov: In addition to the defeat of Ferrari, what was still remarkable in this race?

Andrei Balakhnin: First of all, I wanted to note the second place Nelsino Pic. And for a long time he even leader, and only Lewis Hamilton, who pulled his second Pete Stop to the limit, jumped out onto the track and went around the mass, and then Nelsinho, which was going on with only one refueling today. Moreover, he left Brazil to Europe, and here he already created his team from the age of 15-16, walked higher and higher, made his way to Formula 1. Therefore, his potential is very good.

Oleg Vinokurov: Let's see, maybe he will be able to reveal this potential in the nearest races. What to expect in such a short term from the following stages?

Andrei Balakhnin: In general, the Renault team, even slowly, but progresses. Fernando Alonso, however, made several mistakes today, so he did not get into the test points today. The success of Nelsino today confirms that the Renault team is progressing, it can be expected from it, if not victories, then the constant presence of both pilots with glasses. As for the main struggle for the championship, I think that after all, the three teams that we have from the very beginning of the championship and took this struggle will not let anyone in. These are the teams "Maclaren", "Ferrari" and "BMW Zauber". Among these pilots, the struggle for the crown in the personal standings and the Cup of designers will unfold.

Oleg Vinokurov: And where will the next stage take place now?

But what about football - you ask? But almost nothing. Spartak and with his leaders played it lately. Another thing is that today's game, probably, you need to take a mostance, because after two not the most pleasant defeats there are still pressure, although I try as much as possible so that we will not pay any attention to this at all. This is my question, which each coach must take on so that the players are calmly preparing. I am satisfied with them, even if, God forbid, 2: 1 left, I would have no complaints about them in this regard. And I think that the fans would also appreciate it. Although defeat does not give anyone a pleasure.

Igor Schweitzer: The answer of Stanislav Cherchesov is honest, but he is unlikely to satisfy football fans. After all, his team in any combinations does not show a good game, and even a link to the double of leaders did not bring the desired result. Is there a desire to conduct the same experiment with Rashid Rakhimov?

Rashid Rakhimov: What, now you need to copy someone and send it to the double? Everyone decides it in his own way. Well, I sent it to the double, well, he punished him ... They played in a draw at once? Well, take the game itself. This is football, this draw is a loss of two points for us.

But the statements of Sergei Stepashin may well become and will become the subject of our discussion today. Let's start with the headline. What does he offer? He offers to follow the example of CSKA and the Moscow Dynamo, which opened their budgets. This is nothing more than a call, because the clubs are different, their owners are different. In particular, there are owners who represent city, regional authorities, large state -owned companies and corporations. On them, Mr. Stepashin walked quite hard. About everything in order. He believes that it was time for all club presidents to sit at a round table and develop some rules of the game, and as if starting from the fact that a couple of games held by Arshavin in a magnificent style in Euro 2008 allowed those who are doing their business around Arshavin to raise its virtual price to 25 million. This all influenced his game in the future, outside the lack of a game, when the lawyer was forced to put him on the bench for some time. He offers to gather and develop certain general rules of the game, so as not to exceed a certain ceiling of salaries. We have already talked about this repeatedly. In today's state of football economy, this is unrealistic. This is nothing more than a good call, as well as the call to open budgets. Because no one forces this to do this, each of the clubs that opened had its own motivation and, by the way, those budgets that opened are also not so true. But at least at least there is a movement in this direction. Although, on the one hand, this is a good wish, I cannot but note some kind of sound links in the reasoning of Stepashin. He says: “The saddest thing is that all these problems of overstated prices that came from the West, we transfer to the domestic market. We must sit together and agree on the rules. Prices for transfers and salaries are higher only in England, Italy and Spain. There are other traditions and other opportunities to earn on football. ” Stepashin also confuses the direct bribery of football players with current contracts. They are offered money for moving to another team. “I, as a member of the Russian Presidential Council for Combating Corruption, recommended the Minister of Sports and club presidents to pay attention to this fact.” It’s over, here you can break a lot of firewood here, but today the state of affairs of the football economy is such that if you start fighting it, unfortunately, of course, I am also not a supporter of corruption, there will be no football in the country, there will be no championship, there will be no, in general, not a mega of stars, but good football players. Everything should come in due time. On the one hand, he says sound and correct things. For example: “Okay, if you personally have a lot of money. But when it comes to large state -owned companies that spend budget money, including regions, then the price of prices always raises the question: did you ask the taxpayers? ”

Dmitry Morozov: And Sergey Stepashin, as the head of the bill, has some relationship with football clubs, and the club economy is somehow checked?

Robert Veskerichyan: Dmitry, I have the feeling that you have a powerful prognostic gift. I tried to read. Then he says: "After all, it is to beat the country's economy." Agree, Dmitry? “And now I say, as the chairman of the bill, we will see some companies and ask: is it the targeted use of funds? I repeat without trying to intimidate anyone, but I want to raise this question with the help of Sport Express before the football public. Ask many fans - throwing money annoys people. Football is a spectacle, theater, and it is impossible to annoy its fans. There are many great folk artists in Russia, more talented than football players, but we do not corrupt million salaries. Here are hockey, for example. Здесь уже понятно. Но у меня встречный вопрос возникает. А как тогда насчет «Газпрома» и «Зенита»? Ответ мы получили через хоккей. Хоккей, где, якобы, все хорошо. Если какая-то компания, которую можно прищучить, или региончик, на губернаторе потоптаться и имидж себе получить борца за справедливость и правильное поведение в футбольном бизнесе. Но, в общем и целом, суждения Сергея Степашина очень здравые и вполне в русле того, как должен развиваться футбол. И здесь Евро, конечно же, подвиг его на то, чтобы вот так высказаться. При всей нашей критике, без которой мы, конечно, не можем обойтись, если мы видим реальный предмет для критики.

Дмитрий Морозов: Очень хочется верить в то, чтобы эти здравые идеи, в частности, Сергея Степашина, не расходились с делом.

Олег Винокуров: Итак, чемпионат России близится к своему экватору, а в украинском футболе как раз начался новый сезон. Начало этого сезона мы и обсудим с нашим постоянным автором, киевским обозревателем Максимом Максимовым. Давайте сперва обратим внимание на чисто спортивную составляющую. Чего ждут от оного сезона? Опять это будет гонка двух лошадей: киевское «Динамо» или донецкий «Шахтер» или, может быть, что-то новое ожидается от сезона?

Максим Максимов: Нового ничего не ожидается, просто в этом году шансы «Шахтера» значительно выше пока, непонятно почему к этому склоняются специалисты, очевидно внес какой-то раздирай скандал вокруг футбольной премьер-лиги, в которой «Динамо» и «Шахтер» принимают активное участие. Можно судить о форме этих команд по матчу Суперкубка, который состоялся 15 июля, и по первой игре киевлян в новом чемпионате Украины. Но, в самом деле, «Шахтер» выглядит более европейской командой, а у киевлян чувствуется, что нет какой-то привычной командной игры, по-прежнему идут поиски во всех линиях, до конца еще не определен состав к команды и, вообще, это общая дискуссия, возобновившаяся в этом году, о засилье легионеров, она, по-моему, внесет определенные коррективы в игру киевского «Динамо», которое настраивается играть собственными силами. Насколько, как вы полагаете, продолжает доверять ему руководство киевского «Динамо», и насколько он может рассчитывать на некий карт-бланш, как принято говорить?

Максим Максимов: Сейчас, во всяком случае, во всеуслышание, руководство киевского «Динамо» заявляет, что Семин это наше все, и мы не отступим от его линии поведения, подбора игроков и метода тренировки, игроки Семиным довольны. Но, гладя на то, как медленно и робко «Динамо» нащупывает свою игру, я с ужасом представлю себе, что произойдет, если киевское «Динамо» вдруг начнет в стартовых матчах Лиги чемпионов проигрывать. Максим Максимов: Я уже об этом говорил. «Шахтер» выглядит предпочтительнее, хотя в первые 20 минут киевляне их подавили, в буквальном смысле слова, забив очень быстрый гол, и 20 минут потом продолжали терзать «Шахтер». Но потом «Шахтер», как говорят, пришел в себя и имел возможность выиграть еще в основное время. Но у киевлян был шанс - за две минуты до конца молодой нападающий Ермоленко, выйдя один на один с Худжамовым, кстати, в воротах «Шахтера» стоял бывший третий вратарь киевского «Динамо» Худжамов, не сумел переиграть вратаря. Но у меня было впечатление во втором тайме, что киевляне, грубо говоря, ползали по полю, им не хватило физики и создалось впечатление, что они уповают лишь на Шовковского. But it did not work. Максим Максимов: И как всегда на Украине все начинается со скандала. Премьер лига уже два месяца фактически существует, подписаны все договоры с Федерацией футбола, есть состав участников, календарь, судьи определены. Эти два месяца руководил новой структурой президент футбольного клуба «Харьков» Данилов, и он 15 числа должен был передать свои полномочия избранному владельцами клубов высшей лиги президенту. В Полтаве состоялось это заседание, три часа олигархи футбольные заседали, за эти три часа сумели выслушать только лишь двух кандидатов из 16-ти, согласились с их программами, и перенесли новое рассмотрение кандидатур на 31 октября. До 31 октября президент ФК «Харьков» Данилов будет руководить премьер лигой, а полномочия отбора кандидатов переданы международной консалтинговой фирме, еще название ее не обнародовано, которая выберет из соискателей трех наиболее подходящих, поработает с их программами, и представит на суд этого высокого жюри. Теперь, начиная с этого года, журналисты на заседания бюро премьер лиги и Директората допущены не будут, будут лишь обнародованы пресс-релизы, в которых скроются все детали скандалов, происходящих каждый раз на бюро. Я не знаю, насколько это будет лучше. Теперь мы будем пользоваться только лишь проверенными фактами, и как это скажется на свободе слова нашего, я не знаю. После этого совещания, на следующий день, в Киеве создался исполком Федерации футбола, на котором были рассмотрены текущие вопросы по премьер лиге, и с новой силой возобновился скандал между бывшим исполнительным директором ПФЛ Поповым, который теперь представляет «Шахтер» в премьер лиге и в Федерации футбола, и президентом Федерации футбола Суркисом, который категорически настаивал на том, чтобы Попова в Федерации футбола не было. А «Шахтер» предлагал Попова в Стратегический совет. Скандал разгорелся, «Шахтер» стоит на своем, Федерация футбола отказывается признавать полномочия Попова.
