The statement of the leaders of the self -proclaimed East Ukrainian republics on readiness for "special status" in Ukraine is another confirmation that Crelaym has been from the "project of Novorossiya". It is clear that without a pointer from Moscow in Donetsk and Lugansve they do nothing - they get a Putin order, the heads of the DPR and LPR would have announced at least independence, even about joining Russia, the USA or China.
