Interfax sources say that almost all calls with reports on the threat of explosions in Russian cities came to Internet channels from the territory of Ukraine. This conclusion is allegedly made thanks to a phonetic analysis of messages.
Anonymous calls with allegedly laid explosive devices at stations, shopping centers and educational institutions are received by law enforcement agencies from September 10.
During this time, more than one hundred thousand people in dozens of Russian regions were evacuated . None of the mining reports have yet been confirmed.

If this does not follow, then, maybe, we are faced with a new phenomenon when some kind of group forms somewhere. She begins not to blow up trains in the subway, but to sow panic, anxiety, fear, horror, paralyze the actions of public services, interfere with the work of the law enforcement system, and so on. Now, if this is a gang of a new type, it will have to somehow confirm its existence, and then this panic can be replicated further. Most of all in this situation, I am confused by the helplessness of the FSB, intelligence and police, which have powerful technical units to establish the coordinates of these calls, ”said Gennady Gudkov.
Military expert Alexander Golts believes that so far all explanations of mass calls with threats in Russia and regions - both official and unofficial - have the right to exist:

Because when these people enter into a rage, it is already impossible to stop them, there is their own inertia and self -developing logic, ”says Valery Nightingale.
In his opinion, the state of such uncontrolled groups, no matter what forces they represent, are extremely disadvantageous:

And the fact that this is already developing is very dangerous from the point of view of state interests. But so the death of the state occurs.
