The coordinator of the "Left Front" Sergey Udaltsov, who is intended to run for mayor of Moscow, published his election program on the Moscow Region portal.
He proposes to create conditions for holding honest and free elections - in particular, to restore the threshold of voters, the column "against all" and the right of parties to nomination, to create electoral blocks.
Udaltsov also considers it necessary to achieve ratification at the federal level of Article 20 of the UN Convention against Corruption, which provides for the introduction of criminal liability of officials for illegal enrichment.
In addition, Udaltsov proposes to transplant all Moscow officials to public transport, bicycles and scooters in order to save budget funds for the purchase of service cars and combat road traffic jams.
Now Udaltsov is under house arrest as the accused in the so -called "swamp case."
