- What does the expression mean to you: “get dressed in fashion”?
Anatoly Vinogradov : dress in fashion: dress like an elected idol, an example to follow, chosen, often by chance. The concept of "fashion" is associated with youth (or imitating it, younger). This is part of sexual behavior. Specifically: distinguishing behavior in order to attract attention. Intrapopulation competition, the struggle for the groom or groom. Usually unconscious, but congenital behavior. I say as a teacher of higher education, a biologist who taught zoopsychology with the basics of ethology (behavior science). The older ages are natural for a different desire: dress decently (this is not a fashion, should not be confused). Firstly, this is more or less like everything (social adaptation, in order not to stand out), and secondly, so that it is convenient, purely practically, thirdly, in accordance with income (and this is already a social phenomenon, depending on the level of culture, education, etc.). This is normal, but there are painful deviations, at any age.
Lyudmila Kuzmina : For me, this is: clothes should correspond to the place and time in which its carrier will remain. Clothing for me should complement a person, emphasize advantages and hide disadvantages.
Andrey Astashkin : When you are young and you need herd rituals to join society, fashionable clothes are an entrance ticket in a party. Now I am over 40 and clothes for me are the simplest means of revealing personality. I wear very simple things, although in fact they are very high quality and not always cheap. I can’t say that I definitely have a taste in this matter, but I do not lose hope! Any person is able to develop his taste in such a way as to prevent bad taste in his house, relationships and clothes. It is necessary to actively develop and educate artistic taste from early childhood. It’s better not to look fashionable, but good than fashionable - and bad.
In general, the most important thing is self -confidence. When people look good and impeccably dressed, they have more confidence, more faith in themselves.
- Is it true that it is worth dressing cowards from Calvin Klein , Gucci jeans and a jacket from D & G and will immediately become a fashionable person?
Lyudmila Kuzmina : This is possible for young people, among young people in general this desire to stand out, to declare themselves and fashion stamps is the easiest, demonstration way to stand out. Well, I want to dress like that - it's okay. The taste is formed. Here the taste will be formed and perhaps they will not dress like that, and they will not count.
Andrey Astashkin : For someone it is. I am not strong in the "labels", but I am sure that they can be successfully combined, as well as you can and ruined everything with an unsuccessful set.
The pursuit of branded acute fashion things can be a harmless “game” in which designers, marketers, sellers are involved. This is a game of excesses and prosperity. The crisis sharply knocked the bets in it and forced to return to simpler, practical outfits. Thanks to him for that!
In healthy interest in fashion trends, I do not see anything bad. One person is interested in fashion, another politician, the third rave with gadgets. Another question is, if the fashion (or any other hobby) overshadows all other interests of a person; Then this is called idolatry, and this is already a sin.
Anatoly Vinogradov : A normal person does not even have such a question. And you should not think about it.
- Should perfume supplement the fashion?
Anatoly Vinogradov : The perfume has its own fashion and similar to the first response of the phenomenon. We should not forget about the biological essence of man. Natural smells are very important for the processes of sympathy and antipathy at a subconscious level, do not dump them with perfume. But there was a perfume with biological baits, be careful, do not fall into a trap.
Lyudmila Kuzmina : I must, but it cannot be so much that everyone is choking. It’s funny to me when the perfume is imitated by famous brands, sorry, carries in public transport. With an expensive perfume, go to the place where you want to conquer them not in public transport, in my opinion. For example, it causes irony for me.
Andrei Astashkin : If you adhere to a fashionable style, then, of course, you must adhere to it in the little things. And perfume is not a trifle at all. Especially for women. This is a very important detail in their image - perfume. They do not just use them, they “wear” them, combining with the color and style of clothing, mood, partner and even the time of the day and year. We are men very susceptible to this magic!
- A stylishly dressed person and a fashionably dressed person: are these different things?
Lyudmila Kuzmina : It seems to me that they are different. Style is something more than fashion, for it is temporary.
Andrei Astashkin : Anyone who has enough money can dress fashionable. Not everyone manages to be stylish. Your style in clothes is harmony between the personality of a person and his little world. “First of all, this is a style. Fashion goes out of fashion, ”said the famous French fashion designer.
And only a neat thing that is careful for is correctly stylish. You can spend as much money on your clothes as much as you like, but if you are wrong, inaccurate to wash, iron, dry, and so on, then they will not look stylish. So style is your work to the joy of others. You give yourself and get signs of approval and sympathy in return.
Anatoly Vinogradov : Style and Fashion are one and the same, however, those who wish even in the same color distinguish an infinite number of shades, these concepts are not an exception.
- Once I had to watch the glamorous boy who left the minibus and was dressed in a Versace shirt, Hugo Boss jeans and Brioni moccasins . Among ordinary people, he looked caricatured. Do you often observe caricaturely dressed people?
Andrey Astashkin : There is a saying "Following fashion yourself do not mutilate yourself." We often think that the more things, sparkles, flowers and bare parts of the body, the better, forgetting that there is such a thing as “vulgarity”. It’s good when young people understand fashion and labels, but getting dressed only in this very “company” is a bad taste. He boasts with money and fashionable “labels” is not beautiful, not ethical. Moderation and sense of proportion to help you! As the Great Coco Chanel said: "Fashion, like architecture, is a matter of proportions."
At the same time, I call for tolerance. A fancifully dressed and therefore not causing our sympathy, a fashionista may well be a respectable family man and a good specialist. Who knows, maybe tomorrow the “Wheel of Fashion” will turn, and we ourselves will dress the same!
Anatoly Vinogradov : In general, a caricatured person is either a sick, or an artist, or a foreigner. Young people, especially girls, does not concern: congenital distinguishing behavior ("Yes, pay attention to me").
Lyudmila Kuzmina : It is not very clear to me, which means among ordinary people, it can look without painting clothes and not among ordinary people, if the clothes do not correspond to the place and time of its purpose. Different brands of clothing can also harmonize if they are of the same style. The young man was dressed in sports. Well, he really wanted to be dressed in the "company", he dressed. He did not mix an evening toilet with sports shoes.
- The film "Shtilyaga" spoke about the styles of the early 60s. Are there any dudes today?
Lyudmila Kuzmina : If in the same way the dudes as in the film, then rather not. If the clothes, as a sign of protest against mass taste, or imposed, then of course there.
Andrei Astashkin : If you mean the desire to break out of the gray mass behind this term, then yes. True, this is no longer relevant today. The heroes of gay parades are now occupied by the dudes. Do not surpass them! But the fashion of the 50-60s, of course, is prettier to me. And not only to me, the film of Valery Todorovsky spurred interest and periodically pass the “style” of the party. I think if my mother was alive, she looked at it with a smile and interest at it ...
In general, our ideas about the elegance, beauty and attractiveness of the appearance of a person are changing all the time. Disputes about beauty and style are eternal, and the process itself is important here!
Anatoly Vinogradov : They are always there. The dudes were and is even among the monkeys.
- Do you yourself form your style in fashion or try to be in line with fashion trends?
Anatoly Vinogradov : I am in the age category of those for whom the fashion is not relevant.
Lyudmila Kuzmina : Due to my position in society - the layman, then I do not need to form anything, I am not a TV star. It is important for me to be dressed in accordance with the place where I am and time. Of course, fashion trends, as if connect you with the present, and this is the following. It would be ridiculous if I were dressed in clothes from Crimplon or nylon, which was insanely fashionable in the seventies of the last century.
Andrei Astashkin : It was younger - I tried to be in trend. Now I don't need it. For a man, a conservative style is always held in high esteem. Somerset Maugham wrote: "A well -dressed person is the one whose clothes you do not pay attention." The desired effect and secret of style for me is naturalness. Remember, when Jesus speaks of lilies, which the Lord dresses better than Solomon dressed, because he reason here from the point of view of beauty and taste. And he talks about naturalness. This is the most important and, sometimes, requires great effort!
- The style of opposition in fashion is orange?
Lyudmila Kuzmina : Rather, not orange, and white was relevant in early spring. There was time, after the Maidan in Ukraine, our patriotic functionaries shuddered from orange color, and someone sought to have orange to annoy such a bureaucratic simplicity.
Andrey Astashkin : No. The style of the opposition is free. But I have “fashionable” things in this sense: T -shirts demanding to free Khodorkovsky, a branded T -shirt of a public policy school. In recent years, the bright -iterances are relevant, but the witty slogan with political credo is the most squeak! I continue the conversation about the external. The main thing at rallies of protest is not how you are dressed, but how you think. It is better to be hardened in clothes than in politics. “You have the right to think differently than your era, but you have no right to dress differently,” wrote Baroness Maria Ebner -Eschenbach. Very female thought, but true!
Anatoly Vinogradov : Personally, I like the orange color. This is the color of health, life. In Siberia, they are very fond of “frying” flowers, in a scientific: Siberian swimsuit-like bright orange rose; Entire meadow. Beauty!
- Are politics and fashion interconnected?
Anatoly Vinogradov : Definitely interconnected. On the one hand, politics uses everything that affects people, and fashion definitely affects young people. On the other hand, fashion takes into account the political climate. It can be neutral (“Leave me alone”), a serving, conformist (remember how the supporters of Zhirinovsky wore a high cap of their favorite?) Or a protest (which is most natural for young people).
Lyudmila Kuzmina : Fashion largely depends on the economy. Gray colors were fashionable in the USSR, because the light industry did not work for people and for fashion. But gray colors, like Khaki, were fashionable after the 2nd World War in Europe. And my gray color is beloved, but in terms of fashion, fashionable fabric is also important. Conservatism is not in the colors of clothing. Conservatism, for example, is expressed in not a mixture of styles. Conservatism is when a business suit and only recognizes the “working” style. But we look at the meetings of the State Duma. And what? Some deputies from the ruling party are dressed as if they did not come to the state body and work, but came to seduce the man and drag him into the bedroom. It often causes irony, as Madame Matvienko is dressed in the workplace. The impression that she demonstrates that she is still young and wants to get married. It seems to me that her high position at the head of a high state body requires her other. But this is about clothes, not about general wellness. And this is different things for me.
Andrei Astashkin : First of all, fashion is globalization. And in this sense - part of politics. An identity often suffers from fashion. I am pleased when the fashion plays along with ethnic motives, it is great that the “Buranovsky grandmothers” are in trend. But fashion is a shaky and unreliable substance, it is superficial. And she does not give rise to love for her origins. It is also good that today, as it was in the 90s, it became fashionable to be politically savvy, to have a civil position. But this can be a trick without an independent, stable civil position!
On the side of the transformation of the country in the channel of democratization, a sense of style should stand. Clothing, accessories should be appropriate. The clock for twenty to thirty thousand dollars on the hand of a large businessman is a normal phenomenon, but the same watch on the official’s hand is evidence that he is a thief. And this should not become fashion even, but an unspecified norm.
- Fashion makes people more democratic?
Andrey Astashkin : No. It is people who make fashion either more conservative or more democratic. Well -chosen clothes, as well as makeup not only create our image, a unique style, but also give self -confidence. And a confident person (if this is not arrogance) is a liberal person. The desire to crush another is often from uncertainty and weakness. The experience that gives us and fashion, including, is important. For example, a cluttered wardrobe is the same as a cluttered mind. And only decisive purification of both of the unnecessary garbage will give us new forces to live. If you broadcast such wise conclusions to our State Duma, then it is clear that there has long been a good cleaning and a change of “wardrobe”.
Lyudmila Kuzmina : Probably more democratic if they are dressed democratically, despite their high position.
Anatoly Vinogradov : No, of course. Based on congenital behavior - this is the allocating behavior ("not like everyone else").
- How do you feel about boutiques? Do ordinary citizens need such branded things? Or buy T -shirts for 100 and jeans for $ 300 - luxury?
Anatoly Vinogradov : I do not like the word "boutique", I prefer "kiosk". Although I understand that this is not the same thing, and boutiques are more connected with clothes, but they are not at all interesting to me. Who has extra money, if someone feels better for someone if he spent money on a rag, and not on more important things and things - please, every director and judge himself.
Andrey Astashkin : Yes, rather it is a luxury. A reckless enthusiasm for a rapidly passing fashion, adherence to unusual and super-modified can cause serious damage to your budget, and self-tape, it will indicate a bad taste. After all, eternal history - people have money to dress in the last fashion and look completely ridiculous. The main thing is the taste, and if you have it, then you can dress in the flea market, and at the same time look just wonderful. According to the couturier of the beginning of the 20th century, Poire Fields, no means contributes to the development of good taste. Rather, on the contrary: the desire for luxury is destroyed by this art.
Lyudmila Kuzmina : I treat this like this: there are means, there is a desire, for the sake of God, dress in a boutique. There are funds: buy a T-shirt for at least $ 500, if it somehow comforts you in your self-affirmation in your communication circle.
- In Prague, at a pre -science sale, many stores sell clothes with discounts up to 90 percent. Moreover, they sell clothes of fashion collections. Why sales are a rarity for Russian clothing sellers?
Lyudmila Kuzmina : A rarity exactly because we do not produce anything of this, but bring it to make a profit. The greed of our "merchants" of the goods taking here is known. We bought there at sales, sold here in a boutique, like a novelty.
Anatoly Vinogradov : Running for rags, some discounts is so wild for me, indecent, obscene. To repeat the procedure in a year? This is some kind of disease or lack of intelligence. There must be some kind of self-esteem. A good thing should serve more than a year. And on sales, of course, it is jerking that is primarily “thrown away”. There are few sales in Russia, because the economy is such a poor, and buyers are not special for special money, and sellers are not richer.
- What does it mean for the modern provincial: to dress normally?
Andrey Astashkin : Two motifs are moved by fashion. The first is imitation in order to gain experience or good taste, the second is the fear of being outside society, being ridiculed (fear of isolation). The number of circles of communication is always limited to us. If you do not give a damn about those with whom you maintain contacts, you will not shock them with your appearance. Dressing normally is to be like everyone else, but have your own emphasis. This is already art. Using a correctly selected accent, you can emphasize natural beauty, or you can smear your true nature with several careless “strokes” - that at least take the saints! This is the ability to use accents, and those who own this skill - break the applause and get delighted glances ...
Anatoly Vinogradov : Once again, I remind you: Samara is far from a province. But if you ask such a question in the province, you will either not understand or laugh, people have other problems.
