The Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation intends to simplify the procedure for establishing disability. This was stated by the head of the department Tatyana Golikova following a meeting with citizens in the public reception of the Government of the Russian Federation.
According to the official website of the Ministry of Health, Minister Tatyana Golikova noted that many of the ITU Bureau were dissatisfied with her on this day (this abbreviation of three letters means the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise. Although all of it continues to be called VTEK-a medical and labor expert commission-the essence remained the same. Disabled people undergoing re -examination have to defend the queues. In addition, often the ITU expert doctors have a misunderstanding with patients.
The minister promised that this issue would be resolved in the Federal Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise in Moscow.
Do you know how much this message is dated? May 21 already 2008.
Do you think something has changed since then?
More recently, Mrs. Golikova made exactly the same statements: the procedure for obtaining disabilities must be simplified. Citizens are unhappy.
"Citizens are unhappy" - this is softly said. Someone, except for unfortunate parents of sick children, is known how many documents and certificates have to collect parents to confirm the child’s right to disability every year? And does anyone even know that all these commissions VTEK, or ITU, call, as you like, are accepted only from 9 to 12 in the morning - and you need to arrive two hours before the opening in order to have time to submit documents?
Minister Tatyana Golikova noted that "often the ITU experts have a misunderstanding with patients." And you will have an understanding if the child has diabetes, and he is told to go through an examination by the dentist for the commission, or if a person has a hearing loss - does one neuropathologist take disability or not?
Although no, let me be mistaken. Still, something has changed over these two years.
The procedure has been “simplified”, and now you need to bring a characteristic from school on a commission of three letters. And God forbid, if the child has good marks! Dear parents, know - if your sick child has success at school, you do not need to rejoice, but is sad. After all, now he will no longer be able to get disability - he is already “socialized”, which means that he is now healthy, he has no problem! But there is no problem - there is no disability.
But there are no disabled people - there are no queues. So one problem, the problem of queues, the Ministry of Health and Social Development for this
Time decided.
So at the expense of whom, nevertheless, simplified the procedure for obtaining disabilities, Mrs. Golikova? Is it not at the expense of those unfortunate sick children whom parents, by hook or by crook, try to attach to a regular kindergarten or to a regular school and now they were indicated in the ITU commissions? Do not believe in all these stories? Then listen to my program "Third Sector" this Saturday, May 29. You will hear them firsthand.
