Petersburg motorists and pedestrians held an action against raises in utilities , and against the increase in state fees, and against the ugly cleaning of snow in the city. It was held by the St. Petersburg branch of the "Partnership of the Initiative Citizens of Russia" (the so -called "Tiger"). The action was organized in just three days, so only 50 people took part in it. Nevertheless, motorists in their action united several topics at once and very vigorously talked about their claims of the authorities.
All participants were in masked tigers, some held a toy tiger. Everyone prepared well, came with posters. On one of them it was written: "Snow is melting ourselves. We will pay taxes. Power, what did you do?" But still, a greater emphasis was placed to increase state fees. Motorists felt that this increase primarily concerns them, and they decided to somehow reach the authorities and let her understand that not everyone can afford the services of a police, traffic police, and expensive gasoline. In this regard, there were a lot of posters, for example: “Transport tax - a legalized quitter!”, “We require reducing gas prices, canceling transport tax” and so on.
Snow melts itself. We will pay taxes. Power, what did you do?
Also, Petersburg motorists decided to support the recently arrested Major Dymovsky . They said that Dymovsky was with them, that they treat him very well. And they had a large poster: "The fight against corruption cannot begin with the arrest of Major Dymovsky."
In addition, they remembered that not so long ago, Valentina Matvienko at the city of the city was indignant at snow cleaning and said that if the snow was not cleaned by February 1, then the officials responsible for this would retire to the evenings of socks in the evenings. So, the motorists said that only one day remained before knitting socks. They brought posters with the following text with them: "We do not need their socks. Let them sew mittens in the north." This is a hint that the punishment of officials needs more tough.
Snow in the city is now being removed, on the one hand, but mainly on large avenues and streets. But small driveways, courtyards, in general, are often vital for citizens, often remain uncleaned. Even on large streets, so to speak, the second row adjacent to Nevsky Prospekt, there are still huge mountains of snow. Whole rows where cars could stand are still busy with snow. So, in principle, the claims of motorists look quite justified.
The wife of an official-corruption, tell your husband "no"!
The action against raising the transport tax was held on January 30 and in Kaliningrad . The picket on the central square near the House of the Soviets turned out to be quite numerous. This place was proposed for a rally, because the first such rally was held on December 12, and then the protesters blocked the movement on the main highway of the city, on Leninsky Prospekt. Therefore, now, so that nothing illegal happens, Kaliningraders were allocated. Many came here to families.
The topic of transport tax combined all groups, all political parties and ordinary Kaliningraders. Here were not only the Communists that are already familiar to Kaliningrad with their protests or the “patriots of Russia”, who protest against the collapse of medicine in Kalinigrad. There were banners on the square and the LDPR, and the "patriots of Russia", and "Yabloko". Here is what was written on the most interesting posters: “Dmitry Anatolyevich, exhaust our area!”, “Putin in the answer to Boos” - and maybe the most funny day on this not very funny day: “The wife of the corruption official, tell your husband“ no ”.
The topic of transport tax has become, perhaps, the last straw, today it has emphasized socio-economic sound. And therefore, the speakers in their speeches united many topics. First of all, these are protests against raising prices for housing and communal services and customs duties. Because many Kaliningraders are engaged in the business of importing foreign cars from Europe to Russia, and the cancellation of the customs clearance to the region very seriously influenced this sphere.
After the picket on December 12, deputies of the regional Duma decided to compromise and hold a round table. Two of them have passed, but only topics of the economic order were discussed with public organizations, and political points were not considered at all. But on January 30, the people at a rally expressed their opinion primarily on political topics.
